Thanks for the feedback. Testing boats involves a specific process that we pioneered 24 years ago when we first started. Since Boomies is new, we thought testing with another captain would be helpful, and it was. She had never tested a boat before, and you can see her go through the paces on the Riviera SMY. We also like bringing in two perspectives would be helpful for boaters. Glad you like Capt. Boomies! : ) We will work harder on the co-hosting when it happens!
Dual perspectives are cool when walking through, but it loses me when it is two people sitting back chatting about the boat, it feels stilted and painfully scripted rather than a real conversation anyway. I am looking forward to Capt. Boomies getting a solo 20+ minute features walk-through, this boat show video seemed like a good sneak peak and proves she has the right talent to make these compelling segments.

Believe it or not it's not scripted only when we do VO because there is a chance for some perspective and a chance to share more info and feelings on the boat. I love this boat. It is so cool and I would love to sleep in that forward cabin. My parents are looking at trawlers to buy and Im going to show them this one.
A nice looking little cruiser/tug. I'm going to make a WAG that the base price starts around $1M USD. I'd want to actually take a look at one to see how it compares to the Ranger 43-S
Sorry didn't get a chance to shoot it but its quite large. It has a single cummins 550 engine. This was not a test just a boatshow walkthrough- -our time was super limited.
BoatTEST usually does full test and reviews but we also go to Boat Shows where is virtually impossible to take the boats out - this was out first time in the Anacortes Boat Show. Hope to do a true proper full inspection when we can arrange it. It has a SINGLE CUMMINS 550.
Boat "walkthroughs" are just that, they are not the in-depth inspections and tests that BoatTEST does in a "Full Performance Test and Features Inspection." We plan to be doing a full test of this boat in the near future. We were very impressed with this boat and think she offers a lot of value for the money. Most couples don't need anything more.

The interior is very similar to the Nordhavn 43, exterior is quite different.
