Great upgrade to the 6 port connector.
Dave is a riot and a joy to watch. Dude has such a great sense of humor!
He really does. We thoroughly enjoy having him around!
Great video, Tim! I agree, Dave is hilarious with great sense of humor. And the best part of the video came at the end when you mentioned there is now a 6-port for the 2038R!! I just ordered one yesterday and can’t wait til you put up the install video (hopefully soon because I’ll need all the instruction I can get). Keep up the great work
Sure looking forward to the 6 port single point for the 4 series 😉
Hydraulics are a wonderful thing, and single point connectors make it even better. Nice job of demonstrating and explaining. Fittings and connections still leave me in a fog sometimes. Blessings
We’re trying to educate … as we learn ourselves.
@@TractorTimewithTimYou{re doing a great job, I{m just a slow learner.😉
That's a nice upgrade... 👍
This is the upgrade I need to do thanks for showing it
If you want it, buy it soon. It may not be available for long. DHH may stop carrying it
ce lass is in session with Tractor Tim! love the information you provide, it is second to none.
Is there a Kubota story coming? The orange hood leaning against the wall makes me curious.😀 The coupler system is a real time saver.
Hey Tim I got the 6 port single point connector on 2038R figured out. The people at DHH was awsome to work with.
Interesting story, wish you always success
Interesting project. I just fixed the hose routing on my 3046R. A previous owner installed the Deere 3rd function kit, but didn't follow directions and run the extra 2 hoses inside the protective sleeve, so they were rubbing on the tire. I bought new sleeve and ran everything cleanly inside the sleeve and no more rubbing! I'd love to have a single point connection, but with a cabbed 3R, there just isn't much room to work with.
Exactly. Not too sure where to put the single point. No room!
Great video!
Thank you Tim for this very informative video. You always do a great job with your presentations. Love you content and compassion for the viewer. Is there a 6 port kit for the 4066r cab tractor 2022 and newer? Thanks, Chip
We don’t know where (or how) to mount it. We could easily provide the connector and hoses. Do not have plans to design bracket at present.
I always called them “flat face oring” instead of “oring face seal” but either term describes them well. I have also run into a few male JIC fittings that had an oring halfway up the tapered male nose. Not very common but some of the New Holland backhoes had them.
Yes, there is a JIC with o-ring. Was used for awhile until ORFS became popular and for all intents replaced it.
I just bought a 1025r 2024 from reynolds. Ifiuc you are in the area. I ilve in the Lebanon IN area. I' m currently invesigating the 6 port single port connector.

I love it!
Do you have specific questions?
Are those hydraulic lines rubbing in the variation 3 bracket at timestamp 13:32? If they are, you need to remove that chaffing. Since you seem to have some slack in those lines you can usually fix that problem by putting a bit of twist in the hose. Just loose each of the hoses, I'd do it from the quick connect fittings at the top, then use pliers or a wrench and twist the hose until it pulls away from the bracket then lock the routing by retightening the fitting. The better fix is change out a fittting and install a 45° fitting, but twisting the hose usually works.
I don’t take my loader off enough to justify this. It is great though. For now, Hydro-plus flat face couplers was a great upgrade
Another sales point for the Multi-Faster 6-port v3 is Deere has officially marked the OEM kit (BXX10283) as incompatible with the 2025R. The bracket apparently interferes with the larger front wheel. As I understand, this kit from Discount Hydraulic doesn't suffer from the same issue, so when the loader I have on order from Deere shows up, that's what I'll be using.
I seriously thanking about this for my 1025. Please tell prices or estimate for these changes! Thanks

Can you use the loader from super Johnny to regular Johnny.. Another GREAT Video.. 😅😊
Sure. They are both interchangeable. You’ll see this exact action in the next video.
Hi Tim. I have the original Faster 4-port Single Point Connector on my 1025r with the older flat face connectors. Can I get and replace those with the connect under pressure type? If so, what size would those need to be?
Only need to do so if you have blown the seals. I don’t know of a place to buy them.
Patients that I have dealt with in years past from high pressure injected hydraulic fluid ended up with an amputation. There was no way from what the ER doctor said at the Level I trauma center to clean the fluid out of the tissue an the tissue would become necrotic.
These show out of stock at Discount Hydraulics for the 2025r. Do you know if they will be making more? I seem to remember one of your videos saying they might not.
I’ll check into this.
Where did you get those roller skins for your loader? I'd like to have that so I could move my loader around without having the drag it so much

I think Dave is referring to high pressure or hydraulic injection.
Yes that is correct. When working with oil under pressure, it is important to relieve pressure when servicing or check for oil leaks using a piece of cardboard.
If an oil injection injury happens it is important to seek medical attention right away. The oil will have to be surgically removed. Otherwise gangrene can occur and it can lead to death.
Google oil injection injury to see what it looks like (graphic).
Yes, HPI Injury for short.
Tim I know at one point you had one planned for the hardlines, is that still in the works? I have a 2024 2025R and have the hardlines.
Kinda gave up. If you want to bring your tractor to Indiana, we can fix you up.
@@TractorTimewithTim let me check with the wife. I'm on Military leave starting in October for about a year so we'd have to come out before then 🤔 or after 😆
Just went to discount hydraulics to look for version 1 and it is not listed. Did they sell out or is there a change on the way for it?
Sold out, may not be back. Go with v3, replace pedestal and all.
O-ring boss because its around the male thread portion.
O-ring face because the seal is on the face of the male thread.
Wish there was a setup for the '23, I hate the hose setup for the dealer 3rd function, keep falling down near my tire.
It is possible.
Order the v3 kit…then, get hoses to replace the hardlines that go under the floorboard.
So, you’ll need 4 new hoses. Are you near me? If so, I could help.
Can this kit be used if I don’t have a third function and just leave the other two hoses out? This kit is less expensive than the Deere 4 port kit right now.
Yes. You can remove the extra two couplers
What day does our trash go out so I can pick up a 4-port single-point connector?🤣
Ha!
@@TractorTimewithTim Well never mind since I can't drive my tractor anyway since the brakes may fail
You need to give Dave a raise, so he can afford new pants! 😁
Tim, Buy Dave a new pair of work pants.
Tim, is Dave an employee? Love the channel and my 1025R.
I’ve gat a return to tank line also on my tractors for running some w
Equipment like my lane sharks or post driver or even my boom saw
1025r?
@@TractorTimewithTim I have it on a l 2501 with most of the same stuff from the 1025r will cross over but my cuson is in the same ball park as me he has a lane shark on his 1025r
@@dylanhockaday9878 ok, well, the 6 port would take care of everything cept your tank line. Would still be a big help, and you wouldn’t need your tank line for most operations.
Is there one for a4066r? Always enjoy your videos! Thanks
We can likely fix you up with three single point and hoses. However, we have no bracket.
I like that but I wood need a 7 port single point container for all of my tractors
Why?
Was HH able to use those files for the bracket, or did they have to start from scratch?
They started with those files, cheapened it a bit to go to smaller steel….then mods to allow the 6 port hoses to fit better.
Thanks for your help!!
@@TractorTimewithTim cool! No problem at all!
Tim I have the 4 port with an Artillian 3rd Function kit will the 6 port work with this configuration?
You really don’t need the 6 port, right? Your diverter is attached to the loader.
@@TractorTimewithTim that is correct my 1025r is a 2019 which I upgraded to include the 4 port Faster quick connect I had the Artillian 3rd Function before I added the Faster quick connection..I'm looking to clean up the hydraulic hoses.
3:20 embolism?
the actual name of the fitting straight thread oring or stor port
I used the proper names (at least based on DiscountHydraulicHose.com parts.
When can we expect something on a 6port for 2023 and newer tractors?
Do you have 4 port? If so, we have no plans to provide this.
If you could bring tractor to my house, I would be willing to help you custom fit it.
@@TractorTimewithTim I have the 4 port with the hard lines like u showed in the video on the 2023 1025r.
@@dirtracer8787we don’t have plans for that configuration. However, if you were close enough to me, we might be willing to ‘make it work’.
What does JIC stand for? Just In Case? 😂
Honestly, I dunno.
Not being facetious- what happened to your john deere strike?
What John Deere strike?
@TractorTimewithTim you had released a video about boycotting JD.
@@AirzGamingTTVI released a video where I was not happy with Deere’s political stances: I never suggested a boycott. I said that I was taking no action, hoping they wouldn’t come to their senses.
Quite frankly, misinterpretations like yours are the main reason we took it down. Apparently folks don’t listen anymore, they just make up whatever they want to hear.
@@TractorTimewithTim okay I was just asking thanks.
What is going on with the woke stuff from John Deere I am not buy anything but oil and filters for service until I know and I was was going to upgrade my 2018 1023e to a 1025r with a backhoe but now I will just wait
Sadly, the tractor has been deemed unsafe by John Deere.
