Custom 4" Aluminum Exhaust Overview

The 6875's hotside is so massive that it needs a massive exhaust to go along with it. Come check out the exhaust that I custom fabricated for our customer Mark's 1000whp widebody Evo 8 build.

What thickness aluminum did you use

If the car shoots flames would the aluminum be able to handle it and what kind of aluminum is being used?

Seems like all those clearance and heat on the oil pan issues can be solved with a remote-mount turbo.

You"re still going to have to run an exhaust pipe from the front to the rear of the vehicle to mount the turbo, so you are still going to deal with heat. Also. then you have to worry about clearence, since you'll be running a charge pipe to the front of the car for the intercooler, all while sacrificing turbo spool and efficenecy. Lets also add that now that you've lowered the turbo below the oil pan, you're going to need a scavenger pump to return oil to the front of the vehicle, along with an extremely long stainless steel oil feed line going to the rear of the car to supply oil to the turbo. Rear mount turbo kits are a horrible idea on any front engine vehicle.

Nice work bro, I've got the same sump with the trap doors, not sure if it really makes any difference from stock

Its suppose to be help during launches. The extra capacity and baffling stores oil so that when the vehicle is launched and the oil goes towards the rear of the pan, that extra oil is available to keep the pickup tube submerged to prevent oil starvation to the bearings.

It's a Vibrant muffler. But I believe they discontinued that model.
