This season of Kid Cosmic went further and beyond what we got in season 1. What did y’all think of the new season?
I absolutely loved. I think show could become one of the greats.

As a guy from way too toxic family and a teacher, I really loved how everything went in episode 7: the armada, the speech, the family bonds... I think it's really great when you see that kind of stuff coming from the the Black characters specifically. Let's hope I can write something that good one day.
It feels like the "Planet Protection Group" was McCracken showing love to the original Powerpuffs, while also giving the finger to the 2016 and live action reboots.
That and aswell he literally got the same PPG VA to voiced them again!
It's more than just love. It's McCracken taking back custody of his girls.

I like that they slipped in a few adult jokes and references into the new season, such as Kid’s root beer depression, the pan galactic gargle baster, Fantos’ name and suit, and the one scene from the heist episode where the twins say to Fantos, who was looking at their necklace, “hey, eyes up here, buddy.”
I don't know if it's just me or does the creator of kid cosmic secretly ship Jo and Fantos? Fantos has a lot of characteristics of the people in Jo's life that I think creators use to justify shipping people together cause they are supposed to be relatable. Also I don't think Jo's under age. I think she's a young adult with a youthful appearance that get her age mistaken and she kind of had low self esteem that get mistaken for nativity.
I was floored when threw in a reference to “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” in one episode!

i think the coolest thing to come from this season was the powers. now, that's not to say i didn't like the growth of Jo and how that Adventure into her becoming a true leader happens, but considering how they put a good spin on old classic powers like "strength" and "invincibility" in terms of "Absorption" and "goo powers" (which was foreshadowed in like episode 5 or so of season 1) was a really good use of messing around with old ideas. heck, the usage of multiple abilities at once, including during the last two episodes, was a sight to behold and made fight scenes way cooler than they had the right to be. heck, the first fight with Fantos was still fun to watch since we got to see the new powers in action before we lost some and gain new ones. not to mention nerfing Kid during most of this sense he loses Telekinesis and gains goo, though now knowing how useful both are i would be upset if he gave away goo and just used Tele all the time and not using both.
I think Fantos is an amazing super villain especially with him and taking pictures of people in shock xD it's funnier than it sounds and I think being desensitized like that help him with being goofy and intimidating
I loved it! It was incredible with the animation, great execution for Jo's character development, and building up for the next mission in season 3. I'm glad Craig planned out his story, and I hope the final season delivers just as good as season 2. Great video Mann!

I like Kid Cosmic. I think the show is very cute. My favorite character is Rosa she is cute. I also like Jo she reminded me of Frankie.
Anyone else think they could've come up with a better power other than "multi-arms"?

I think it's fine. I was a little disappointed when they were smashing the Planet killer and found a bunch of new stones. I know alot of them needed to be repeats but I wish we got a couple brand new powers. Other than that it was perfect.
Season 3 speculation...
I'm so betting we'll see a Supervillain team made up of humans who don't wanna give up the stones.
I think we are also looking at Powerpuff Girls vs Rowdyruff Boys or Superman vs Superman situation, given now there's enough Powerstones to go around.

I was really hoping season 3 would be 16 episodes instead. Well I hop Craig still manages to end the show with a bang

This season was sooo cool and great, just like the first season (I won't be able to decide which one is better, don't ask). Perhaps the next season will be about both Joe and the Kid, something like the results of their growing up and the dynamics between these siblings. After all, the story is mostly about them.)

I love how it shows evil people are always the worst types of people, who don't have morality. Just a lack of that can make a person much worse than most would think is possible

I felt this season was an excuse for Craig to use some of his unused Wander Over Yonder concepts.
Fantos reminds me of aku. Both villains can be hilarious and silly, but both villains can be a huge threat.

Fantos is like Thanos crossed with Silver Surfer, crossed with a man child, he’s even got a Galactus esc helmet.
Spoiler-
I dislike that Erodius was not a sentient planet like Unicron or Ego the Living Planet. It's more like roaming planet that has a strong gravity field! At the same time, it was clear that Fantos was Erodius as in the real villian of season 2! Also I LOVED him for being a fanboy version of Thanos that cosplay as Galatus. Best of all he is not someone to underestimate!
I also dislike the whole cliche "taken bad advice" from the queen! I thought she did well as the leader in season 1 and I thought she could of handle it! Ok being in space and a teen would of been too much pressure but still!
Lastly I dislike how Chuck got shove to the sideline! Sure I admit I didn't liked him as much without his voice translator but I still see him part of the Local Heroes! He would of want the extra limbs power the most!
Ok despite how much I putting dislikes into this, I STILL LOVED this show as the quality is still top notch! I thought it was nice and felt so Wander Over Younder on how the patreons united as a fleet to saved Flo for all the time she provided excellent service to them!
Oh and the cameo of the "PPG" was excellent! I mean due to copy right, CN actually owned the PPG property and hence that crappy reboot got made! Like Ducktale (how they got "Mickey" in it), Craig found a loophole to put the girls in without it being a direct reference!
Here hoping for season 3!

I liked the 2nd season but i prefer the 1st season because of how dark it was. 2nd season is definitely better and more fun but personally i liked 1st season. Tho i kinda did wish erodeos was more of a challenge but i guess it was more focus on fantos as the villain.

Ehh debatable flow was not my favorite character by any means. Until later
I thought this show was kid cosmic not Jo Cosmic. Sure Kid got his moment at the end , but half of first and all of second season it was all Jo. I get it was to show Jo’s character development as a leader but damn they turned kid into the annoying comic relief they gave him the biggest glow down. Bro went from having telekinesis a broken op power to now having slime powers. Like they gave Carl a good ass power….. CARL?! he ain’t even apart of the main cast and he got a better power than slime💀. Anyways I think cutting down Jo’s screen time and replacing it with the actual main character kid would’ve made the show and his character a lot better. I also get it Netflix is trying to be woke and show that a black woman can get the job done just as well as a white blonde male 🤦🏾♂️🤣.
