Hey Mate the little fella might have some wicked names for you but what he doesn't realise is that you're building memories with him. What you don't realise is that you're building memories with your dad. He would be loving it. Good job!!
Stuie's_ Adventures_4x4..My thoughts exactly. The young feller will be telling his grandchildren about all the great trips he had with his Dad...and Granddad.
How chilled out is the little man when the rig is in a precarious situation. He remains cool, calm and collected - just the right skills needed for a 4 wheel driver!
Great video. Man you and your dad are becoming the kings of ifs 4x4s off road. So controlled and enjoyable to watch, and you dont even have the "send it attitude". A certain other channel has now got a ifs 4x4 getting on the band wagon lol. But in everyones hearts you are the man when it comes to ifs and always will be number 1 lol.
Brings back memories! This is where my son and I learnt four wheel driving and recovery from John Cantrell of 'Australian 4x4 Driver Training'. Also drove around here with my workmate a few times. Thank you for your excellent presentation.
14:35 I went down that track 2 days ago. Had to wash me seat after it. There are little side tracks that seem like a good idea to stay out of those ruts but they dangerous after wet. We had two days of sun and yet on those chicken side tracks I almost lost my back - it started sliding sideways. Lucky me, I got out of it, but general advice - if you go down that thing, stay in ruts.
Mate great video and great bit of the country there, we’re regulars out around there. Some great camp sites and some very very hairy tracks indeed. We did that descent down to that awesome camp site a few weeks back however that big deep rut at the 8:17 point kinda point an end to our trip. My #zook unfortunately hasn’t quite got the wheel travel 😬 and I don’t like wheeling all day Saturday only to be driveway repairing all day Sunday 😆 so we cautiously backed up and hit some other tracks in there instead. Great video mate and keep up the great work 👍 Lithgow.......NSW’s answer to the VHC 👍👍👍
Really enjoy your adventures with your little man and the old man. "Hey Dad need some help..." reminded me of my little man, "Hey dad....Hey Dad..." I haven't seen my little man in 7 months because of this covid crap. Can't wait to take him out touring and camping when i get home. Keep up the content, man i laugh at the out takes. Good work mate!!
Love the chat from the young fella mate. The Lithgow area is so beautiful, I just remember it as the Mcdonalds stop as a kid as we made the journey out to Molong from Sydney each year to see the grandparents. So impressed with the Navara also, capable truck and you're a well capable driver.
Hi. Great vids... Im not into all that action. But there great to watch....your son enjoys it..... did enjoy first time sand driving... Will be doing that on our 3 year caravan aus tour.... Thanks For the tips...
Good Chat 😂 lake Lyle and mount and mount walker jam packed, im guessing theres a reason why no one is out there in winter LOL, never done any of this area, videos like yours kept me away haha great job mate looking forward to see how you tackle wheeny
@@TylerThompson90 legend cheers, I got a pretty much stock 2015 Mitsubishi Challenger, going to try mt walker next weekend, he has a 2018 triton with a lift, hope my rear lockers help. GREAT VIDS BTW!
We’ve stopped at that point many a time and even in the 45 degree summer of Lithgow, you couldn’t pay me enough to get in there ! Even the fish complain how cold it is !! 😆😆👍👍👍
Planning on a trip here after lockdown, always do some research and have since found this old gem 😂 there’s an even older one I know but so weird seeing you with no beard
That dampness on the mattresses is the moisture coming out of your body through breath and sweat, if you keep one side of your swag open it shouldn't be as bad.
Great video Tyler & a nice part of the world. The place you camped at 6:50 is the site of the old convict stockade, Mt Walker is the highest mountain in the background of this painting...www.sl.nsw.gov.au/collection-items/convict-stockade-coxs-river-crossing-near-hartley
You’re so very lucky! I’m stuck in the communist state of Victoriastan, where we can’t travel more than 5k’s from home, exercise for more than 1hr per day, and can’t be out after 8pm to 5am.

That camp spot at 7:54 Was the track super hard or do they have chicken tracks?
The obstacles you saw on the way to that camp after I tried to get up Mount Walker, that's the easiest way in
Hey Tyler what size tyres did you run on the stocko rims?
That hill you winched up i had to winch it and i snapped my cv as well.
The last steep track down at Lidsdale looked like Firetruck Hill?
Hmm yeah pretty sure that's the one
Great Video mate, Where's you lovely Lady of late ?
That last bit of the video was like a russell coight scene ahaha good stuff mate
Haha cheers mate
Dude... those winch tones are totally on point... i sense some music production skills in there...

How is the drone footage done mate? You doing it while driving or someone else?
Yep doing while driving
That dampness on the mattresses is the moisture coming out of your body through breath and sweat, if you keep one side of your swag open it shouldn't be as bad.
Yeah normally have one side all the way open but still seems to get heaps under it
@@TylerThompson90 strange, could the floor have pin holes in it? Maybe try ya dads stretcher see if that helps.
you need one of those 4wd remote control cars to mount your camera on
Haha that would be good
@@TylerThompson90 have you seen them petrol run with proper suspension, they can crawl up a coke can
Too funny your son trying to talk some sense into you😆
Great vid
Haha thanks mate!
Another great video !
Thank you!
Great content as always Tyler. We haven't seen Kayla for a while in the videos.
I think they have split mate
***Good chat*** 😂😂😂
Has the MUX ever broke anything ? does he carry spare parts ? =)
Doesn't carry any spare parts. The only thing that has ever broken is the front diff blew up on a bad hill climb back in the cars early days.
Where is the coldest water you have been in.
Maybe some of the creeks in Tassie
Tyler Thompson I agree being a Tassie lad
Excellent.
Nice one mate 👍
Good chats! 😂👍🏻

@256 can we be a normal person for once , I think every child has said that to their parents at least once
😂😂
I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for the winching down a hill only to not see it again. Love the channel but stop teasing us.
