When I was severely mentally ill in my teens, my social worker told my dad that he had to call the cops on me every time I had an episode/breakdown, otherwise I'd be removed into care 🙃 If you wanna know how they'd find out, it's because the thing we had done a few times was call the MH crisis line for our area, but if we ever did that again and Social Services found out, I'd have been taken. This whole story gets worse, 4 months after that started, I ended up in care anyway because I was so unwell, and there wasn't a Mental Health bed for me. Cops and the system don't fucking care
Actually, they are. It's what they're for. If there is an active shooter and you have no firearm with which to defend yourself, the police will be the only ones who can save you. There are people who say "f##k the system" but to that I say "the system is wasted on those who have no faith in it."
“Because I am an officer and I know how this works” as Amanda refuses DUI testing “that’s a trap”. I wonder how many people she trapped during her career.
Well it is a trap. I mean she was telling the truth. The testing is just to provide them with evidence against you for the court. If they just have the amount you blew it is one data point, but if they have 3 tests and the BAC as well it is 4 data points. Note they are arresting you either way.
She got arrested in the city I live in, it doesn’t take lightly and I know that bar she was at, it’s across the street from my friends.Parma police are rough but i think she’s just super entitled to think she was totally in the right that whole time.
The funny thing is, I have refused field sobriety tests (because they absolutely are fucking traps) more than once over two states while also emphasizing my complete and enthusiastic cooperation with a breathalyzer or a blood test. I've never been hit with a "refusal." Blew straight 0s every time they actually followed through, and once the officer was just like "Yeah you're clearly not impaired, have a good evening." Every time it was late at night and I was the only car on the road, I assume I did some ticky-tack shit like touched a line for a half a second.
That officer who stopped the drunk police couple should be investigated. He's ignoring the fact she was intoxicated while carrying her service weapon... that's by far the worst offence she did, yet he choosed to ignore it... "too much respect" my a$$. I lost all respect for that officer. The fact that they do this to each other is actively destroying the trust everyone got in them. Please tell me he got some punishment for this.
Unseen I easily dare to state that she most likely did NOT get ANY punishment for that…. OR…. IF she DID GET anything, it probably would have been something along the lines of ‘mandatory coffee refills for the colleagues at the station for one week’, but with her full pay…. of course… /s
At the end of the day, all she did was post a video on social media. What kind of punishment do you think that deserves? Whether or not she's an officer, she still has freedom of speech rights.
@@katelinstach6995 She is a police officer openly saying that she will make up reasons to arrest innocent people who annoy her. She should be fired. She is proudly corrupt openly and clearly doesn’t have the mentality to be a good police officer. Imagine how corrupt she is when nobody’s looking. There’s a difference between freedom of speech and freedom of consequence from the things you say and do.
Before us regular people start refusing the field tests, know your local law. In some states, just refusing to take them will get your license suspended.
They’re not refusing because “that’s what you should do”, they’re refusing because they’ve been saying all along they “haven’t been drinking at all” and know FST’s or breathalyzer will show they’re lying. They don’t wanna be caught in a lie … deny till you die
That police literally said that he didn't want to, but he had to... Smh. Plus he didn't even charge her for having the weapon while intoxicated. She could've killed someone and not realized it until the next day when she sobered up.
Why are you assuming they really mean that. Why do you believe them? It is a smart thing to do if you are alone waiting for backup and the drunk colleagues are carrying a weapon. The right thing to say for the time being.
First of all _'the two women officers'_ need to go to school to learn what it is to be real women , then they would get the hell out of the street - stop trying to imitate men by playing "cops & robbers" go home and get to the business of raising a family and keeping house. Stop this b.s. already .

We all gotta keep supporting these kinds of channels! The more popular they get the more people will be out there holding cops accountable. We need to take back our power as citizens. These cops need to be put in check
some of these videos when they do the field sobriety tests i think "hey they werent that shaky, I think they did pretty good" and then he narrates and says "they clearly failed" and i go "Yeah they obviously failed... pffft... yeah stupid" HAHAHA

And that being a Deputy isn't going to help anyone... EVER!! I know it would probably get them in trouble, I guess that's why my sarcastic ass wouldn't make it as a cop for more than 1 shift!
I agree. I also think that if the cameras are off “accidentally” or on purpose, no charges should be able to be filed. There’s just no reason to not be recording. While I do support the police in general, I also think there are some that lie and their word cannot be taken as reason enough for someone to go to jail. EVERYONE has a camera these days, so it’s an easy solution.

The biggest problems at the moment is how they are handled in court, especially when off. And on when censored 4+houred video are sent seconds before the trial...
Dude, how does her declining to take a field soberity test proves she is drunk? Every controlled experiment in the last 15 years of those tests has been an utter failure with every single officer in every test failing to be able to correctly identify over 70% of the legally sober segment of the test, over 70% of the legally drunk participants of the test, or failing to reach 70% of both groups. It is a completely unreliable subjective tactic and an inefficient waste of both the officer and suspect's time.
The boyfriend who was also an LCPD officer said that his girlfriend was his designated driver and he could vouch for her that she had nothing to drink. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and negligent use of a firearm and was suspended for 2 months. Wow, 2 lying drunken officers in one scene.
Thats your right but its a automatic year suspension. So if you'e sober, it may be wiser to test. Heck even a fail may be only half the time suspended 1st offense.
I hope that young gentleman sues the hell out of those two horrible women cops. They violated so many of his civil rights. He deserves restitution for all of their repulsive behavior!!
Not in all states, some states have no penalty for refusing the pbt but is an additional violation for the one at the stations. Im not a lawyer but Ive heard a few talk about if you have been drinking and it would go poorly it could be wise to not do them to give them evidence on you.
It is if you are drunk and you don't mind being arrested for now and then fight the case. Field sobriety test results are additional evidence, even if the cop is 100% sure you are drunk he will still tell you to perform those tests as it helps him build the case that leads to you being charged. If you refuse then you have one evidence less against you in court.
Like the drunk cop kept saying.... field sobriety isnt to prove you are not drunk, it is just gathering evidence you are... best to get arrested then take a breathalyzer test at the station.
Brianna only got a day of suspension, because the other officers were like, "Yeah, it's true we can get away with speeding, traffic violations, and unlawfully detaining drivers, but don't say that on TikTok, girl. Enjoy your day off!" 🙄
A cop admitted to making up reasons to pull people over, and all she lost was one days' pay? Did they investigate her prior traffic stops to make sure she hasn't falsely charged anyone? Her punishment is just ridiculous.
Punishment? Paid one day vacation is hardly a punishment. That's sad her department calls that good enough. It's more of a big finger to the community.
She has no business being in uniform. However, she was just saying words. It would have been different if she had actually done that. I'll bet her behavior is being closely monitored.
To the man who made a wrong turn on the train tracks... I hope those female officers that assaulted you were fired and prosecuted! I was so enraged as a fellow human to see you treated in this way. They acted like pure evil... their words were so toxic ... i hope they read this comment from a prison cell.

You’re bugging. That was such a turn on I had to stop the video and go on the Hub to search videos of cops and inmates. Now I’m back with sticky fingers smh.
"And if you think that's the only evil cop in the world, you are wrong." With invigorating narration like that, how is everyone not on the edge of their seats?
They only do it because of the cameras. If not so, can’t you see how much the officer that pulled over the couple is apologizing? Not charging them with the weapons? BS big time. He should be reprimanded for that. He made it abundantly clear he had to do it because of the camera. If he didn’t have a camera on , can guarantee you, he would have let them go.
This stuff is getting more common every day. Everyday I drive to work I see police driving over the speed limit and not using their indicators. They think they are above the law.
So it's OK for an officer on the road to go 90 miles an hour and it's not okay for the other person to go 78 miles an hour on a road. Doesn't make an sense 😅 it's not about safety but really about collecting money, a.k.a theft 😮 by road pirates ☠️

@@sinical1031 I would venture to say there are just as many male officers that act the same way. I don't think being Female is the only reason they are feeling entitled.
1.) If you're buzzed, you can easily get outta this. Buzzed driving isn't necessarily drunk driving. I got out of every pull over after I left a bar. I wasn't stumbling or anything that would have implications. When you come out of your car and they do the eye test to follow their finger with a flashlight, make sure when you move your eyes, stutter your eyes every half second. So when you move your eyes, starting from the front facing the the office, if they move their finger left or right, make sure you whatever direction, you move your eyes half an inch, then another half an inch, the reason for this, is because if you're intoxicated, your eyes will smoothly glide left to right, make sure you put half second stops when you move your eyes. 2.) Make sure you turn your car off and put the keys on the dash to show the officer that you're not gonna run cause too many officers are paranoid. The best time if you are going to be partying, make sure it's at night in a ravenous rain storm or snow storm cause your car is going to slip and slide either way whether you're able or not. 3.) If it's freezing outside, make sure your body is shaking even if you're not that cold. You gotta put on the performance. Tell the officer, 'Sorry, I'm just very very cold'. If your tests aren't doing so well like the heel to toe straight line. 3.) If you drink just ONE (1) Beer, and I repeat, just one beer, and if you should get pulled within a few minutes, it will come back .013 which is over the limit. Always say NO to a test if you just had one or two beers. 3.) Police dogs have a hard time smelling things up high. Stash anything you have up in the ceiling of your car. The higher the better. If you have a joint and have a soft drink with a straw, put he joint in there. 4.) If you're gonna transport naughty stuff, buy forest animal urine to spray around your car, making sure the mist of the animal urine hits the car and inside the car. It will throw dogs off. Former DEA man here, I'll give away all the secrets cause of how corrupt most stations are. Don't care. Reply if you want more tips and tricks. I would like all the help you can give I'm tired of them getting away with the crazy things they do to people it's just ridiculous makes me sick. There's no reason to ever treat people the way they do
That one with the poor man stuck on the tracks is horrible. Those women had no right to do what they did, I won’t even call them officers. This gives us, the public many reasons to scared of LE. If this happens ON camera can you imagine what was happening when they didn’t use them? This is very unprofessional and scary.
Yep, if they ask you to do FST'S, you're already going to be arrested for DUI/DWI/OVI. FST'S are just used for further evidence for the arrest being justified, as the breathalyzer is inadmissable in court.
It’s impossible to “pass” a field sobriety test. Officers aren’t actually looking to see if you’ll pass, they are looking for signs that can imply that you’re intoxicated based on their own “observations” heck even if you blow all zeros an officer can still suggest a blow draw because you may be under the influence of something else. The only thing that you can really pass is a blood draw
Officers , somehow think that they're lawyers and somehow think that their doctors, all these different things, when clearly they have not been trained properly in any of these. Officers also need to communicate way better. They fail to communication majority of the time, which escalates things and makes the situation worse
Hahaha, thank you, Debbie, ypur comment gave me a laugh 😊 And I already know you look a beautiful, graceful prima ballerina compared to the baby moose stomping Shelby had going on, lol!
The guy who called the police because he was stuck on the tracks. Those two female cops clearly had an issue with this man. They lied to his girlfriend about him being drunk, him having a knife in his pocket and about him pushing her. I really hope that man pressed charges and that their body cams showed that they were lying all along.
These first 2 female officers…. How do you get from speeding, which is frankly never going to stand up anyway without radar, to reckless driving? The indignant way she speaks to this woman is awful in and of itself not to mention the collusion between these 2 cops. Some people are not cut out for the job.
Eh, not true actually an officer can pace a vehicle determine speed and it can and often is found to be credible in court. In this case from what they're describing I'm not sure they properly paced her but radar isn't the only form of detection.
The way the 3rd girl kept saying "i'm a deputy" and the cop was like "Okay?" and the girl kept looking left and right with her eyes to say it without saying it she wanted her to let her off lmao so funny.
When the female officer that posted on TikTok said we can come up with a reason to pull you over if we follow you long enough.... She's just coming out and telling the truth, not that the whole United States didn't know that already that is.
Shoot that's nothing new. I drive truck that's like the DOT they got a rule book the size of a freaking Bible if you give a long enough they'll find something to give you a ticket or a warning for during an inspection. It's obviously a drunk stupid version of that true personality, but whether you're yelling and bitching, or you're apologizing and saying I love you. It says a lot about a person
The way I see it, there are three different types of dunks. There’s the violent drunk, the funny drunk, and then the quite drunk. My friends have told me that I’m the quite drunk.
Got picked up for public intox in New Port News, I wasn't drunk I tripped over a parking lot curb in the dark while talking to my friend walking next to me, I requested a breathilizer at the time and the cop said "I don't have to give you one, if I say you are drunk you are drunk". Luckily I got to see a magistrate shortly after getting to the station and once I told him of my request he went off on the officer and ordered him to give me one, 10 minutes later he is literally yelling at the cop "You brought him in for public intox and he is still legal to drive! You release him right now, don't even taking him back to holding, you can do the paper work after he is on his way".

The person who was Charged &/or Convicted with an Offence of Obstruction of Justice would had his Court Case against the Police Officers who touched & searched him would have LOST his Court Case altogether because Obstructing of Justice is considered as a Very Serious Criminal Offences as Fibbing &/or Lying Under Oath as in False Testifying in Court by committing Perjury in Court of course.
People think this is a gotcha but if you have any understanding how law works you would realize that to be the case. Their responsibility is to the municipality that hired them and the laws there of. 60% of a city can believe X but until X is codified into law, it doesn't matter. In the words of men in black " a person is smart, people are dumb panicking animals" that's why public officals swear oaths to the constitution.
They literally assaulted that black guy and literally had no probable cause at that point to conduct a traffic stop. He didn't crash into anything and he didn't even show signs of impairment. Then they reached into his pocket and had the nerve to say "you pushed my partner". WTF?! Well what do you think a man's reaction is going to be when you dig into his pocket right next to his crotch?
It wasn’t even his pocket. It was clipped to his waistband. She straight opened his pants. I hated that one so much. He needed help and they came in hot. For what reason??
We've known for over 150 years that it isn't safe calling for police. You can have all your ducks in a row and be 100 percent right or in need of help and there is still the potential for cops to become aggressive.
It is finally nice to hear an officer admit that a field sobriety is pretty much a trap that the majority wouldn't be able to pass even if they were sober. I don't drink but I have tried the physical part of the field sobriety and I pretty much failed.
You can always decline a FST, they cannot force you to do those. They car force you to do a blood draw once you are arrested and at the station. But the touch your nose and walk a line and say the alphabet backwards you are within your rights to deny, though you will almost certainly get booked for it, but during the trial you have much more of a chance of fighting it.
And they didn't even appreciate it and treated him like garbage, because they are drunk, egotistical narcissists. Thankfully, all of the other arresting cops in the video treated the drunk cops just like they would treat anyone else in those situations.
Some of us believe cops need to be held to a higher standard. Especially since the public sees their actions as representative of the entire profession.
The officer who was very verbally abusive she is a fine example of someone who needs to be in power and control and when she feels she's not in control she can't handle it so she becomes angry and violent or I'm sure she would gas light to regain control. Exactly why we need personality testing to weed out dangerous personality disorders. Like Narcissism
100% narcissism there. when she demanded to have the door shut, and the officer went to do it (before thankfully not), the tone in her voice was so "oh yea. you listen to me." and you absolutely CANNOT let a person like that think they hold power.

Okay first of all, this is ridiculous that you’re siding with this guy. Yeah I thought it’s weird they called him drunk, but he has an attitude, refusing to talk to police, and said “this isn’t a traffic stop” and not providing his ID. He was driving a motor vehicle and got into a crash so yes he is required to identity himself he is being belligerent so my sympathy for him ended right then and there.
@@dz-ed8oe he didn't need to provide his ID without a reason. Just because a cop asks for your ID doesn't mean you have to give it to them no questions asked, but that is not what they even arrested him for. They said he hit her after the female officer said she was going to search him, which was a lie. From the body cam footage, she didn't say a word and just touched him. If I was him I'd push her off me too. And on top of that, they just said he was drunk. No tests, so yeah, he has a right to be pissed. And they LIED to his girlfriend, making it seem like he was the aggressor. The definition of belligerent is to be hostile or aggressive; in this case, the most emotion he showed was irritation.
@@serenadivinity444 hey, you’re the biased one that’s completely for the driver blindly. I’m at least seeing both sides. The cops made multiple errors. However, you are completely incorrect about him not being required to provide his identification. Driving is a privilege, not a right, unlike what some people seem to think, and the requirement to provide your identification is enshrined in law and tested in courts. They have reason to believe he was driving and therefore he has to provide identification. It’s that simple. He called them, he admitted he was driving and he is at the scene standing beside the car. Sorry, but you are wrong. Yes, the police made errors and could have handled it better, but the driver is being a complete jackass and made a fool of himself, further escalating the situation.
Also remember to say you have contacts if your eyes are red and have invisiline for slurred speech
No one can pass those test. Try them yourself sober. They are a ruse.
Like the drunk cop kept saying.... field sobriety isnt to prove you are not drunk, it is just gathering evidence you are... best to get arrested then take a breathalyzer test at the station.

It will throw dogs off.

or just dont drink and drive works great lol @@larryg2705
It’s impossible to “pass” a field sobriety test. Officers aren’t actually looking to see if you’ll pass, they are looking for signs that can imply that you’re intoxicated based on their own “observations” heck even if you blow all zeros an officer can still suggest a blow draw because you may be under the influence of something else. The only thing that you can really pass is a blood draw
You'll end up in jail regardless if they don't have a breathalyzer on them.
Officers , somehow think that they're lawyers and somehow think that their doctors, all these different things, when clearly they have not been trained properly in any of these. Officers also need to communicate way better. They fail to communication majority of the time, which escalates

If any of these people were civilians there would be no question about an arrest on the spot . This is one of the multiple reasons why nobody can trust Leo's!!! Wear a badge, commit a crime , and guess what? No problem just show up for work and you're golden!!
He has “ Too much respect for her.”
For what because she’s a drunk cop?
Frfl. That pos would have let them go
Obviously would have let them go if he didn’t have the camera. Kinda lame listening to that guy with his ass kissing to those drunk LEOs.
And both of them are still working today. She works internal investigations ( the f’ing irony).
This guy has absolutely no business being a cop. He was so submissive and apologetic through the whole thing. Dude has the spine of a jellyfish.
This video is a testament of how important it is to have a video/audio surveillance system in place that is not under the direct control of the officers on duty.
While I do miss the old days, there is a part of me that greatly values and appreciates a standard of law that can not be compromised.
You'll love 2030 if you'll get there.
doesn't make up for the "oh your eyes look a little red" "oh i smell something" probable cause that officers use everyday to overstep their authority
"...,there is a part of me that greatly values and appreciates a standard of law that can not be compromised."...UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO SUCH THING TODAY...
Cops fail to realize you gotta speed to catch someone that’s way ahead of you lmao. Just because you had to do 90 to catch her, doesn’t mean she was doing almost 90 lol
"I work for the city, I don't work for the people" Should be on every police car.
Maybe she's related to the other cop that says she gets horny really easily.
We've known for over 150 years that it isn't safe calling for police. You can have all your ducks in a row and be 100 percent right or in need of help and there is still the potential for cops to become aggressive.
He was drunk. His speech was slurred
@@markdavids2511 🤡
It is finally nice to hear an officer admit that a field sobriety is pretty much a trap that the majority wouldn't be able to pass even if they were sober. I don't drink but I have tried the physical part of the field sobriety and I pretty much failed.
Did you actually fail the test?
You can always decline a FST, they cannot force you to do those. They car force you to do a blood draw once you are arrested and at the station. But the touch your nose and walk a line and say the alphabet backwards you are within your rights to deny, though you will almost certainly get booked for it, but during the trial you have much more of a chance of fighting it.
Sorrrrryyyy but uh.. obstruction of jusice? I laughed 😂
I can't believe they let the husband go like that. He's obviously intoxicated and irate and is carrying a firearm on his hip... wtf.

The one with the cop apologizing 100 times for holding the hammered couple accountable is so classic.
And they didn't even appreciate it and treated him like garbage, because they are drunk, egotistical narcissists.
Thankfully, all of the other arresting cops in the video treated the drunk cops just like they would treat anyone else in those situations.
The one at the end is not a "power drunk cop".
She's a power drunk narcissistic woman. That happens to be a cop.
Big difference.
Everybody knows that all k0pps are ego maniacs, they are all drunks and/or druggies and they are all cheating on their spouses.
I didn't hear them say she was fired either. She Better have lost her damn job
@@Cinder_311I had to rewatch the part where they listed her charges twice because I thought I missed the part where they mentioned she was fired the first time...nope! Hopefully she was. It probably goes without saying.
*update* I just checked, and yes she was fired 👍🏻. Apparently it was her 2nd DUI in 6 years (she was a 10 year veteran of the Cleveland police department....yikes 😬)
100% of humans are at minimum 10% Narcissistic. We are the top of the food chain. It comes with the territory.
These 2 girls should be ashamed at how they are treating this man who called for their help... assuming makes them only look like assholes and they should lose their job not only for profiling but aggressive battery
Does anyone know what happened with this stop?
@@methylphosphatePOET no. I tried to find something. I've read a few other comments where people tried to find out what happened, but came up blank also.
Shame on those bad actors. Glad there were cops who were upholding the law. This is unacceptable.
A one shift suspension is actually hilarious, that lady cop probably needed the day off anyways.
"What crime am I suspected of?"
"We'll decide that."
Corrupt AF
Nah, that guy is known trash. He's woman beating garbage (convicted and jail time) and goes around harassing people until they call the cops.
Even his fellow youtube antagonisers are becoming wise to him being trash.
I really hope those cops that did that to that poor man are in jail
Just like the lady said! Never consent to SFST's
Is it just me or the cop with Amanda was heavily trying to imply he could fudge the sobriety test since it's so subjective, but she wasn't really pickin it up
"cuz I'm a cop and I know how this shit works" - implying she knows it's a trap
"well if you do the test, maybe that won't be the case today" - implying he'll say she's not drunk and let her go
so she basically got herself arrested for that ovi refusal when she coulda gone home and let the insurance battle for the accident
Wow...the cops with the guy on the tracks...what in the world? He called them because he thought he was turning onto a road, but it wasn't and he got stuck. He needed their "assistance". Without their lights, it looks dark right there. He was looking for a road...and it's asphalt. There is so much wrong with this...I'm sorry that happened to you, my dude. SMH And the guy on the sidewalk....I'm beyond baffled. Shouldn't these things be TAUGHT to officers on like DAY ONE?
Everyone on here keeps asking why they haven’t heard about any discipline being brought upon the officers. Maybe watch the video without a blind bias and hatred towards police and then you’ll see why .
@@serenadivinity444 “he didn’t need to provide his ID without reason.” You can’t throw around stuff like that if you don’t have a fundamental knowledge of the law. I for one do have knowledge of the law.
