Absolutely mind-blowing video! It's a stark reminder of the unexpected situations that can unfold in the workplace. The way each scenario was captured with raw authenticity not only made it engaging but also shed light on the complexities faced by law enforcement dealing with such incidents. Each individual's reaction showcased a mix of panic, denial, and sometimes even defiance, painting a vivid picture of human behavior under stress. This video serves as a powerful lesson in understanding the importance of clear protocols, communication, and conflict resolution strategies in any work environment. Kudos to the team for bringing these eye-opening stories to light!
This kid is so delusional!!! He thought he could use his age to steal money from his employer without consequences. Don’t understand what he was thinking. There are so many law abiding young people who would love to have a job like this. Later we find out this is not his first time he’s been accused of a crime, and the current employer gave him another chance. This young man is heading in the wrong direction.
It frustrates me so much that nobody tells the first kid, doesnt matter if you can pay it back, or what age you are, if youre stealing 2 bricks you still have to learn the lesson of jail time. period.
The child at the 5 below store was infuriating. You could see the shock of accountability hit him, you know he is one of the rules don't apply to me types.
The second guy AND his mother really irritated me. His arrest was a much-needed wake up call for both of them. His mom enables him. I have 2 high-functioning autistic adult sons. I taught them to keep their hands off of other people's ish. They don't use their Asperger's as a crutch or excuse to commit crimes. Piss poor parenting and lack of accountability are two things that vex my soul.
Facts!!! I worked with a young lady who had Asperger's and I cannot even tell you how amazing she was. She was 23 and in college working on numerous degrees. Very very intelligent! She didn't have a filter by any means and sometimes over shared personal information. She was very literal so if I said something like it's raining cats and dogs she would tell me how impossible that was 😂 I absolutely loved her.
Instead of that boy's mom saying "you did this and now you have to take responsibility for it" she said "you allow people to manipulate you". Terrible parent. He will never own up to anything or learn anything if you keep enabling his bad behavior. Teach your boys to be real men.
Why did they cut around corners wit him? 20:02 they should have just told him once you steal you can’t just pay it back/replace the stolen stuff without you having consequences

I swear every young dude busted in Georgia will talk to the person they robbed...while in handcuffs...asking to make a personal arrangement to get the charges dropped, lmao. It's so ratchet. "Bro, I know I just stole your PS5 and I also embezzled $7400 out the store you employed me at up to an hour ago but...like... I'll just give you MY PS5 and I'll work for free until I pay off the money in a year. Fer real, bro. Honestly, bro. Just take it off my check and you can have the PS5 I just stole from another dude, bro." All of them.
Considering that this kid has used the "I am under age" excuse this time could mean that he has done this before and may have gotten away with it. I see he has been arrested four times previously. The kid took no accountability for his action and instead blamed the manager for giving him false information when not once did this kid say he was sorry. Absolutely insane and not so smart to steal from work. Job equals you get paid. Many jobs if you tell them you need extra help can give you extra work times. Why steal? The best rule out there especially on the job. "Honesty is the best policy." Since this kid did not do that. The mom first tells the officer the boy is autistic then yells at him for allowing him to get manipulated. People on the spectrum cannot control that as it is part of the being autistic. Other jobs may not want to hire him due to his background of theft. Many costumer service jobs would not hire because they would be in fear of the employer stealing from them. This job gave him an opportunity to grow and to change his criminal behavior. The female thief that stole $20,000 is something else. How can someone steal so much and not feel shame? The crazy thing they steal from work. The manager at the store was so broken after he gave so much effort to help the young lady and the thanks he gets is betrayal. Many of people in this video are the prime examples of what not to do at work!
He been locked up four times and he is 17 years old that speaks volumes! Shout out to the officer having patience! I would have immediately told the mother that your son stole $2,000 he's going to jail. FACTS!!
At 16, my two sons worked for Kroger and then CVS pharmacy and worked all through college so they would not have to take out student loans. One even got employee of the month. This kid is smart enough to steal from his job, but once arrested turns into a scared little boy. Learns nothing from his 3 prior arrests. Do better youngsters.
I started working at 15 literally right after my birthday and did a work study program through my high school so it was one of my classes. My guardian basically said if I want or need anything I’ll have to get it for myself and get a job. So I had to pay for my own clothes and shoes, schools supplies etc. ended up going to summer school the summer after junior year going into senior year so I only had 3 classes senior year, work study being one of them. So I basically got to go home by 11am everyday, would get my homework done, studying or extra credit work completed after school before heading to my job to work. I held onto that job for over 3 years. My guardian would end up asking me to borrow money lol I couldn’t say no and I don’t think she ever reimbursed me 😢
Her driving around under the influence and endangering people is definitely bad, but she held it together and controlled herself during the stop even when under the influence I hope she gets the help she needs
What stands out to me is that majority of younger criminals between 15 and 23 always want to call their MOTHER. Never dad. Speaks volumes. Sad state of society.
The way she acted was understandable, but not justifiable. I have a history or assault from men starting at a young age, but I’ve never just refused to talk to them. I’ve never said “get him away from me, i don’t talk to males, I don’t like males” ya know? I understand that fear deeply, but making unfounded claims like “she wants to look in my asshole” against the female officer is kinda deranged.
Okay? And if she can’t handle her emotions or trauma or whatever THAT badly then she needs to be locked up away from society until she can get help for it.
They know the law. Shoot, sometimes parents will tell their kids to steal because they assume they won't go to jail! But 17 is too old, especially since it's his 4th time. I'd bet his parents did teach him...or he's a street kid. It's sad. 😞 Breaks my heart that somebody so young has been to jail 4 times! That's a "community" problem! We no longer have the "village" to raise our kids. A damn shame!
Who calls their mom bro? If my son started calling me bro I’d seriously have to sit down and question how I failed so miserably as a parent that not only is my kid stealing from his job and thinking they can just take my check, why do I gotta go to jail? But the fact he have the nerve to call me and keep calling me bro.. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Grand theft for someone thats not family... He then asks about his sister WTF?????? I will never understand stealing from a company that youre working for, some people just anger me 🤬😡
How clueless can you be to think "Take it out of my check" is going to work when you stole from your job. How are they going to take it from your check when you DONT have a job anymore because you stole money. This cop is too nice to this kid and I think he should make it uncomfortable as possible and stop catering to criminals or even answering all his stupid questions. You got caught going to jail. Talk to the judge. That's all you need to say.
“I don’t like being locked up, it’s like my fourth time being locked up” What an absolute failure… both him and what’s most surely the single mom that “raises” him……
Totally, but not really, unrelated: I was a GM at Jiffy Lube (my first direct management job ever, with zero training), the day I became management, the district manager told me "Up to $250.00, you are empowered to do whatever it takes to make it right!" Meaning I had $250.00 worth of leeway to help customers out. Over my time as a GM, I came across a corporate discount code for free oil changes. I used it, on customers (never for myself, I could afford an oil change since JL employees are given points specifically for that) four times. Twice because they were in desperate, crying, need of help (I have a legal background so I can tell the difference between crocodile tears and the real deal, also, I am cynical as fuck) once because one of my employees was screaming at an 85 year old woman and once for my cousin, who let me know that she hadn't had an oil change in three years (btw, every 6 months or less) and she had just moved back to town, and I was low on funds. Everyone, from the DM up to the head of asset protection, understood why I used the code for that, but, the CEO said I had to go.

His FOURTH TIME being locked up! Mama did a lousy job rearing him.
The 2 cops at Burger King must work together. All she did was give a quick nod and they both went for the arrest
I’m not being facetious but they’re both officers working the same shift in the same jurisdiction/agency, some of us are friendlier like might hang out after work or outside of work and others. It’s strictly a professional relationship, but given the nature of our job, it’s good to have a rapport with everybody and understanding, but I can also say that the unspoken look and nod is, sort of a universal signal for it go time lol. Because you definitely want to maintain some coordination and control of the situation so one person will usually have their hand on their cuffs or their cuffs in a ready position, and the other person will be there for Control and use of force if it comes to that or if it’s a little bit more of a standoff type situation, the second person will be the one to have ready and the taser if it’s a situation that somebody is not going to go willingly
I was hoping someone else noticed that.

"Honesty is the best policy."
Since this kid did not do that.

Kid stealing from work is stupid thinking his employer is gonna let him keep his job and pay back the money he stole.
I feel for the Tomboy. It seems she might have a history of @ssault from females. She did not feel threatened by the males.
The way she acted was understandable, but not justifiable. I have a history or assault from men starting at a young age, but I’ve never just refused to talk to them. Meaning I had $250.00 worth of leeway to help customers out.
