    Interesting vid, inspirational to see your in depth preparation for your own goals. I Will have to try some of your different running workouts for myself. Also great to hear how you prepare your mind , the methods could be applied to a lot of situations in life.

    Too much intensity in one week, lucky if you can get away with this type of training.

      I stayed fairly injury free throughout this block and ran a 1:17:29 with 16 months of running experience, however, I do agree that it is possibly too much intensity, and I was fortunate to not suffer any significant injuries. This being said, I improved my pace and vo2 max so quickly and I got away with it because my weekly mileage wasn't anything crazy.
      Nowadays, I stick to 80/20 with 20% being at a higher intensity/more explosive

      @@JamesWard-SlimmJimmy Very lucky. If you can sustain that type of training then you'll definitely get faster, of course, I just wouldn't be advising it to the masses. How old are you? I think in your 20's you can get away with this stuff a lot more.
