Your title enticed me this morning. I've had a belly fat issue ever since I had my 4th daughter! Called it baby fat until she turned 20 and I had to accept that it was just my belly fat - I'm happy to know I can now blame it on being menopausal belly fat!! Enjoyed the workout. I found myself off balance with the side leg lifts but added side arm lifts with it and found it easier to balance (both arms for both leg lifts)

I enjoy your workouts-at 70 I can't keep up with a lot of the exercises I see on YTube-but yours are challenging enough for me! I need to lose some weight- in your opinion is intermittent fasting a good choice for senior women? I hear mixed reviews.

I enjoy your workouts-at 70 I can't keep up with a lot of the exercises I see on YTube-but yours are challenging enough for me! I need to lose some weight- in your opinion is intermittent fasting a good choice for senior women? I hear mixed reviews.
