Thanks for the video! I’ve had my F1 Ultra for just over three weeks. Haven’t got to do tumblers yet but jewelry, dog tags, leatherette patches, and brass coins, hell yeah that laser rocks!
Good suggestions. Just got my Ultra a week or so ago. Most of the products I am making are coming out great. New subscriber. Keep up the good work and thank you for you content.
Great videos I've seen several of them! I'm about 3 hours from you here in Texas as well. I use a D1 20w. Trying my best to get traction on making something people would actually buy. Keep up the good videos 🍻
Cool ides. It hard to make things people want in my area or make items that others aren't already making. It also doesn't help that I'm not very creative, haha. I'm on the road to failure for sure. I would be excited just to pay for my laser and CNC router, LOL.
Does anyone know how to override the enclosure interlock? I'm guessing magnets, but I'm not having any luck just trying them at different spots along the enclosure back edges.
I am just looking into this laser (and this will be my first laser machine). Im struggling on where to find blanks--though you've provided quite a few ideas- where are some places to get the jewelry/ metal blanks. Also, is there a place to purchase the pencil jig? thank you thank you
Hi! I just started doing a leather patch hat business for my local town, only issue I’m having is the hats seem to crease when heat pressing them! Any tips!!
You might be applying too much pressure or the press you’re using isn’t the optimal shape. This press I use sometimes makes a crease as well because it’s not the exact curvature of the hats. I just wiggle it around to get full coverage
@@TheReformationWoodshop thanks for the quick reply! I’ll try using less pressure. Should I pretty much just be pushing down enough for it to push patch into hat
Good video. Packed with info and funny and short
Great video, my wife and I are looking at an xtool and this really helped. Thank you
Great to hear! Check out some of my other videos covering XTool lasers. They’re the best.

For sure it’s awesome!
Subbed. Thanks for the great ideas.
You rule! Thanks for watching 👊🏻
hello and thanks for the video. Just curious, where do you get the leather straps for your key rings?
Good suggestions...the magnets have done well for me lately.
They’re my favorite to make, so much potential for conversation with them!

GREAT video! So many ideas….how are
You attaching the leather patches to the hats?
The Hydbond sheets come with adhesive on them and I’m just pressing them with my heat press machine.
@@TheReformationWoodshop thank you so much!
😂😂😂amazing work. Can you do a video from the software? How does it work🎉🎉🎉

How did you put magnets inside of the beer bottle project?
You have to drill a hole out that’s deep enough for the magnet to have the strength to catch the caps.
Very great video. Thank you. I have a quick question please. Can I also engrave the leatherette with a Xtool F1. and press it on a hatpress?
Yes you can!
Hey can you send link for the respirator you use it looks a bit better than the one I use
Wish I could subscribe twice! 😂
🤣🤣 just hit unsubscribe and then subscribe again!
How or where did you make that magnet board? It’s very useful
Super easy actually. Lowes has sheets of metal for around $13 and I just built a wood frame and screwed it into the back 🙌🏼
That’s what I thought. Really helpful and resourceful. I’ll try that this weekend in prep of a few craft shows this fall. Keep up the awesome work
What template do you use for your hat patch shapes?
I usually make my own or google “hat patch templates”
How do you put the magnet in the bottle opener??
I drilled a hole in the back and then glued in with CA glue.
Are you selling hats online too or just at markets? I’ve been dabbling with it online and seems hard to break through.
I don’t really do much online. I’ve sold a few on Etsy but not enough to get excited about.

Can I cut thin metal using this machine?
Yes! The F1 Ultra can cut 0.4 mm brass, 0.3 mm stainless steel, and 0.2 mm aluminum. It can also engrave and emboss metal.
I subscribed because of the earring lol
🤣🤣 at least I got one! Might’ve lost 10 though
TFS!
