    Today was a very rough day, from my sister just passing, starting a new career I have no clue about but need, marriage all over the place and no friends I just decided before I bug out let me run. At first I did the power video and my body was like girl what you doing but mentally I just wanted to not feel it only in my body but it was too much so I came to this video and paced myself and you were explaining that as well. I love when the universe guides you to the right place at the right time. Everything you were saying uplifted me and I want to thank you from the bottom of my soul.     Hi my name is Susan and I have been doing your workouts for about 2 years now. I started walking then tried running and have done so many of your workouts. Im 64 and I will say I was discouraged when I always ran at the lower ends, but Im smarter now and I know my limitations. The beginning of this year I actually started doing more walking workouts due to just not feeling great after running. Everyone of your workouts challenges me and I love your motivation
    and inspiration. Thank you, keep up the good work.

    This was really helpful. I think it's great that it's adaptable. When I was very unfit, I was jogging at 4.5, but I wanted to start a little higher, so I started my runs at 5.0 and moved up to 6.2 by the last interval of this video. Definitely helped me push myself a bit more than I would on my own. Thank you!

    I just found your videos and I’m so happy I did! I’ve been wanting to get into running but had literally no idea what to do with the treadmill my hubby bought. You have made running so much less intimidating! I haven’t finished a video yet (because I’m that out of shape 🥲) but today (3rd day watching your videos) I made it to the 15 minute mark, which is the most I’ve ever ran!! 🎉 I’m determined to make it the entire video next time ☺️

    I’m not a beginner, but this is ideal during quarantine 🤧 better have a little bit of movement then none at all. And I got sweaty🤗 dit it yesterday and today… planning to do it for the whole week. ❤

      Hey! We have a Beginner IBX playlist that is perfect to start with. And once you are comfortable doing those then you can do any video on the channel! Just stay safe and use the speed ranges as guidelines!

    If t Hh is is day 1 of running, where do you recommend starting day 2? Or, how long should a runner do this to build endurance?

      Hi Jolene! We have a great playlist called "Beginner IBX Runs". Check those videos out. I would recommend doing those until you are comfortable making it through those at the suggested paces!
