Thank you for your channel, I love it, you help me to come back to running. I did a marathon 2 years ago, and reduce considerably my running to the profit of weight training. Now I do wight training and I add a 30 minutes with you.
Thanks Rachel for the awesome workout in the mornings. I have had several back surgeries throughout my lifetime so this workout is good for fast walking and light jogging.👌👍👊 Eric
Rachel, you are so entertaining(love "are you wearing your shoulders as earrings"😂) yet you still give us great tips & encouragement! For me, jogging is all mental....2 minutes feels like an eternity. I prefer weightlifting but I want to increase my ability to run for longer periods. This was a fun workout because ofnyou!!
Thanks!!! I am a busy working mom with multiple compromises, but I encourage myself to this routine before go to my work and I feel that I did something for ME and feel great the rest of the day. I would love more of this great workout!!!

Been a month following your hiit exercises, better replacement in my weight hiit, my md forbid me to lift weights, thanks for having your running program! I am able to sustain my weight
I like this workout. I don't enjoy running; it feels endless after one minute! But, I would like to be able to jog so what would you recommend for the next IBEX workout to increase my time jogging at small increments? Thanks, I enjoy your commentary 😂😂😂
Yay!!! So glad you like them! The best place to start are these Walk/Run Workouts. I would search "IBX Running Walk/Run Workouts" and see if any of those are interesting to you!
Can u do one, I know u may find it boring, but I’d like one that is 4.5 -5.5 and no walk at all, and jog for 15 minutes straight at a light jog, and then do another like that for 20 minutes then another for 30 minutes at a slow or steady jog. I know I could just get up there and try to jog for 15 myself but it is better when u r there pushing us to keep going. I want to be able to go for a constant 30 minutes of jogging one day! Love these workouts!
can you pls produce a video on how to walk w/o holding onto the rails? i fell off a treadmill and have a shaky ankle so i need help with a slow walking w/o holding onto the rails to build confidence. thank you for considering this request.
Hi Kenya! This is a great one to start with. Either pick a solely walking workout, or one of these walk/light jog workouts. Remember, the stats are just guidelines so always go at a pace that feels safe for you!
Isn't it more interesting to take a ride on the street, or on the mountains, in the city? What's the point of spinning in a close stuffy room? I've been riding a bike every day for 10-11 years, but it never occurred to me to twist for the sake of twisting, without moving anywhere
