Failure at the Arc 100 and what is next?

Shame to hear about Fergie mate. Sounds like December was mental on all fronts. Such a bummer about the Arc too but like you say there are many more races that you can run in the future and I am sure you will go back and smash it one day mate. Roll on UTS! All the best mate! 😎🤘

I lost my dog last May, and I'm still not over it. Running definitely helps take my mind off it!

I'm so sorry to hear about Fergie, nothing prepares you for the grief that hits when you lose a furry kid. Cut yourself some slack and take time to grieve. Nothing to apologise for if you need to take some time away from social media.
