The entire video was slimy you could just feel that this dude is a scam artist but he also accidentally admitted as much. The explanation for the 3 chargers in a box PROVES beyond a shadow of a doubt it's a scam. If not they would have just pulled 5 boxes off the shelf that were pre made because you know "mystery" instead the boxes are made to order so they can ensure you have a zero percent chance to "win" and they can control how many good boxes they sell per month (likely no more than one for legal reasons)

Eco-friendly as a standalone title really doesn't give much info. Maybe should just go with "Used" because with Eco-friendly the vibes i get are " we aren't discarding this old tech". That would make me think the item could have been refurbished lol.

Their reviews on their website are fakes, their phones are usually locked, you can't usually return them, and you can't unlock the phone

honestly, i can see why people think these mystery boxes are bad. But imo, i personally wouldn’t buy a mystery box from any company when i needed a new device, simply because of the unknown nature of it. As a fun thing, sure why not? The mystery is part of what you pay for, and it adds to the fun of it. And the items you get are decent quality, albeit maybe sometimes not the best deal you could get (but definitely not a scam though, still a decent product). But logistically, there’s a lot that goes into checking and sorting devices, which can add extra cost to make a specific mystery box lineup, so they have to make back their money somehow. And as for the used items you buy directly, they look great to me. If i wasn’t someone who already used my own older tech i refurbished myself and wanted a good deal, i’d probably buy from them. I love companies who make it a goal to refurbish or simply redirect used devices to new users to keep good tech from going to waste, so i like what this company is doing. Being roasted by a big youtuber can be kinda embarrassing and a hard way to learn what to change, but this response shows they are at least transparent enough to accept criticism and at least say they are working on it (and seem genuine). It especially shows through when he takes full responsibility for things they clearly messed up. When seeing a company make mistakes, i try to remind myself that it can be tough running a small company. And this company clearly isn’t just trying to rob people blind, but they might just be still figuring it out. Idk, maybe i’m naive, but that’s just how i see it.

Honestly, you have 2 people doing your videos and content? Did you watch this very video? Your face is white-washed...there's so much white and "over brightness." There's parts where it does these random brief cuts between videos (8:03'ish). It's almost hard to watch. I'm a content creator...I can do better than that. Are you hiring?
P.S. You didn't address the Samsung S21 phone which appeared to be locked to AT&T's network. I sure hope you're not selling carrier-locked phones without at least informing the customer before they purchase it that it's locked. Also, why would you put an Apple lightning charger "bundle" in with an item that charges by USB-C? Yes, they got the correct charger for the item but what are they gonna do with a lightning cable? It's kinda like telling the customer..."here, you throw this away for us." I tell you what shipping unusable tech is, it's not very "eco-friendly." (BTW...no, we don't know that "eco-friendly" means this and that about a device. Eco-friendly isn't a common term used to describe the condition of electronics. At least if you'd used the word "Fair", I would know it is less than "Good.")
Austin should be lucky that he's getting a charger and cable with a phone for an affordable price. Especially when buying new it's too expensive and they don't even include those accessories
ironically enough, New budget and midrange phones always come with chargers, covers and some even with screen protectors. its just your big corporations like apple, samsung, google that cheaps out on that stuff.
these products arent affordable though, they charge 200 for a phone that doesnt receive updates anymore
