Vasko, you did a good job. So I hope that you will do a comparison between the old and hopefully a new concert model very soon (yes, Enya... do a concert model!!!). What I think I have noticed is, that there are no or at least less fingerprints on the new tenor model - so there must be an improvement on the surface of this uke as well.
I just ordered the upgraded Nova U Concert plus/electric. From every video I watched the Tenor is just a little too mellow and too mids for a Uke. Enya's Concert was already a little deeper sounding than most other Concerts. Glad I went with the Concert. The metal frets would have been nice though.

I have all the sizes of these ukuleles in “black” (more like dark grey): soprano, concert and the new tenor. I also have their acoustic guitar that looks the same (it plays nice). I also did not like the strings on the tenor, too stiff for me. I like the feel and sound of the concert strings. I will be changing the tenor ukulele’s strings. I’m glad I’m not the only one who didn’t like them!
Enya did good by adding the metal frets. People complained that their concert size had frets wearing down. With the extra tension of the tenor size, that could have been a problem. Question: what is that nut made of on the Pro model?
I just bought tenor with trans acoustic.. the chorus sound on concert is now called effects on tenor,, and it has a continuous bells sound if volume is over half way.. which i findxannoying.. could be mine is faulty,, not sure. Over all.. acoustic off,, it sounds ok.. deeper. Love the frets dont shave my fingers .. lol and can see them too now. For its price, i think its pretty good,, low maintenance . These are great for kids i think.

I also live in Europe, and found out, that there is Cascha Carbon that looks just the same.... but I have had no possibility to make a comparison (I have Enya Nova U, ordered it from ULTP store in USA, but because of the extra customs and taxes and shipping etc. it would always be better to get instruments inside EU)

Are you from Bulgaria? If it so, from where you order this Enya Ukes? I saw that shipping is between 55 - 90 dollars for some models the shippment is more money than the actual Uke.
I've been waiting for Enya to release the tenor of this style. I just moved 3/4 of the way across the U.S. yo much dryer climate so I gave away 15 ukes as I didn't want to drop an additional $300 bucks on humidifiers. I would suspect the carbon fiber would hold up better in a desert environment. Thanks for to side by side comparison.

Notable difference in sound. Older model one looks like a toy but is noticeably more melodic.

Recently bought the red concert. Changed the strings which made a nice difference.

I have both the concert and the tenor and to me the concert has a cleaner, crisper sound that I really appreciate.

I think the tenor had better sound but the lack of sustain deadened that sound somewhat. Could be, it needed different strings.

I’ll consider the Pro if they make a concert version. I like the banjolele punch and sustain. Also a case carry strap, and keep it pitch black.

nut width is 1 1/2 inches according to the Enya website. Can't wait to get mine!
