Went to Copenhagen for a 7 day trip with the wife. I spent seven evenings at Mikkeller's Bar on Viktoriagade even made an afternoon trip to Mikkeller & Friends. Believe me when I say his bar makes and chooses to sell some of the most innovative beer out there. I love the ever changing taps.

He's basically saying "good riddance" about his partner leaving lol. My impression of him is someone who doesn't have bad intentions, just a little socially... inept.
Wow what a great insight into Mikkeller. We've drunk so much of their beer but know so little about the guy behind it. Would love to film with him.
