OH MY GOD I REMEMBER YOU GUYS!! It's been so long since I've seen y'all, and now that LPS are coming back I've returned to the LPS community and I'm glad to see it's still thriving
From what I know, the reasoning why some lps merch is hard to find is cause most are country exclusives that only sell in their respected countries. Like most of snakeelps merch has a different language written on the box.
the tea set is 10 pieces because the lid is 1 piece and the pot is one piece, also I had so many of these, I had 8 of the VIP pets, the dog diary, 3 of the tomagotchi things, the LPS the game, LPS monopoly, and I still have all of them but the plush toys I sold and regret soooo bad
My dad had some sort of saw machine and he would take off the McDonald's toy stands for me so that I could play with them, unfortunately there were casualties and not all of the pets would make it😓😓
I loved this video oh my gosh!! A few other obscure pieces that come to mind for me are the LPS themed boombox (I love a good themed radio), LPS bedsheets, LPS Halloween costumes, and all of the little activity books that they used to sell (pop up cardboard LPS kits, colouring books, etc). I’ve actually seen another LPS TV too, but it’s pink and purple. Looks a little more legit too! Also as for the tea set, it was definitely meant for people not LPS. It was actually really common during that period to make miniature tea sets, i had a Dora the Explorer themed one. Funnily enough I remember trying to use it with my LPS and dolls, but it was too big. Weird thing for sure though, much smaller than a regular tea set but too big for most toys. This was such a fun video to watch and I got so much nostalgia from it. I too am no longer a part of the LPS community, but it was such a big part of my childhood so this brought me a lot of joy

something i’d hoped to see here was the LPS digital planner, i always thought it was just another tamagotchi but larger. don’t remember much about what it did but i still have the stylus it came with and i use it with my 3DS.

I had the lip gloss growing up- I don’t recall exactly which pet it came with but the gloss itself was pink and Litterally smelled and tasted like plastic-
I got excited seeing the lps cat ring because not only do I have it but it came as a "days of the week" set of rings with other pets! Yes they are very cheaply made lol"

I had littlest pet shop Valentine’s Day cards when I was little they where newer generation ish they came with pencils that said “ i ❤ lps “ on them and I can’t find them anywhere online they where originally sold at Walmart back in the day

I bought one when I was a kid (it's the exact pink cat mascot you mentioned that does not really exist as an lps figure), I still have it and I was wondering what other plush magnets existed because I remember that there were several animals but I picked the pink cat. I think there was a dog and a horse as well but I'm not sure and can't find anything online aside from gen 6 magnet plushies. Editing this to add a small description of the plushie: it's a small plushie with "LPS" embroidered on its left side on its body (think of it like mlp cutie marks), and it as 4 magnets, one in each paw. I thought those were uncommon but turns out I can't find anything somehow beside the one I have ? And yes it's official, I remember the kind of stand it was presented in, which had the G2 box style because it was released around 2008 I believe. It was at the store cash register (or a tobacco) rather than in the aisles, I remember it clear as day
I once found a lps fishtank at a goodwill once, i though about stealing it but I had no use for it so i didn't steal it, but i did steal a authentic Tom Dawson from that same goodwill and ripped his head off! (his head perfectly fine and put it back on him nearly two years later lol)
