Hi Sedat. This is a personal request to do a video about your physical abilities after the 20 cm lengthening. Show us how much you can bend your knees and ankles, how well you can sprint, jump, leg press, squat etc.. in a video. That would make some good content and it would ease some of our concerns, mine included. Thank you. Please don't ignore.

I mean Netherlands on average has the tallest males in the world and they stand at 1.84 meters on average. So even someone who is 1.9m to 2m, is extremely tall when taking the whole population into account. Also the average height in America has stagnated since the 90s at around 5'10" and there is no reason why it would go any higher because the main reason for people getting taller is proper nutrition and access to plenty of food, which we have had for a while. @deusblackpill

Individual autonomy is paramount in making life choices, and it is imperative to bear in mind that one's life is a personal journey. Just as women may opt for procedures like plastic surgery, breast implants, and Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs) with the principle of 'their body, their choice,' it is essential to extend the same respect as men. Embracing one's decisions as a man may subject you to criticism, but it is crucial to remain composed and resilient. The ability to confront and overcome societal judgments is inherent, serving as a testament to your steadfast character. Witnessing men courageously pursue self-improvement, irrespective of the challenges they encounter, and subsequently expressing unwavering pride in their choices is commendable. Despite potential detractors, the audacious path taken should be acknowledged as a courageous journey, deserving of respect.

You have been blessed with a strong healthy body with an height that is above average, and you sold most of your strength and health for the vanity of looking even taller and bigger. People are so obsessed with height, being so tall is useless, in particular if you need to build strength in your legs, or endurance, or everything, from sports to public means of transport or if you want to sit comfortable in a cinema. You will be slow like a snail for the rest of your life, probably with walking problems in the old age.

The guy in the video, Sedat, used to be your height (5'2). He got surgery to be 5'10, so it definitely works for some people. But everyone's body is different. Not everyone can lengthen that much, either because of health reasons or how it might affect your proportions.
