My triggers for migraines were cheese, bright lights and lack ofsleep. Was your pomegranate juiceice cold? That could do it as well. Super Bowl isn 't a big thing in the UK except for some real die hardfans. We are morei interested in the FAcup final (what you refer toas soccer). Glad to hear about Spencer. My son usedto scream like a good'un until we got a nice Indian dentist who was very calm.
