I much prefer longer videos! And it’s ok to fast forward sometimes but I do not like super speed! The talking through really helps me plan my own things

What’s a good source for affirmations for different feelings

I can’t plan too far in advance either. I have gotten to where I can start a stack of outfits a week or two before packing but I have to wait until the day before or 2 before to narrow down. Trying to start doing this on paper first

I prefer longer videos - 45 minutes or longer. I tend to watch planner videos when I sit down to do my own planning. And I absolutely dislike being forced to find new videos every 10 minutes 🤣

In my experience (a feel girl too) Doing things "on how I feel" sets me up to fail when trying to accomplish anything. It's been said, "Our body's seek comfort, and the more comfort you give it, the more it craves." Better for me to force on myself times and structure, routines to get things done. And not to break the habit once formed... then to schedule the habits in the mornings and hobbies times in the evening cause once doing nothing it is hard to start again.... (empty nester) kids keep you going! Our body's seek pleasure... and always wants more.

We have enjoyed watching some of the Throwback Cinema shows on W or Sunday- We enjoyed the Wizard of Oz on the big screen (first time ever for either of us, Jurassic Park, Back to the Future, Citizen Caine, etc. we wanted to go this past Sunday afternoon but it was Jaws which we love but recently saw… By the way, you’ve never seen The Wizard of Oz until you’ve seen it on the big screen -so many things you miss on TV

I never hear your kiddos in the background! I think many UA-camrs are very sensitive about background noise, which I appreciate, but when it's all said and done, it never bothers me in the least. As for your AC....I ( kind of if I listen hard) hear it but it isn't in the least bit distracting. Your own comfort always comes first! This is from one who is very sensory and notices everything!!!! I'm 51 and finally on the other side of the Change. I will never complain about the temperature again now that things are "normal" again for me.

She needs to see an ENT. Even if the fluid in her middle ear is clear, it still alters the way that you hear. The can still pass the mono spot test (rapid response), they can test positive in the longer version. Wouldn’t have to have an anti-biotic because it’s viral and wouldn’t work anyway.
