Lekker videos man. My 2.7 CRD went to almost 400 though KMS before it lost compression. Haven't had the time to disassemble but I'm sure it's a similar issue as yours with the injectors not fuelling correctly. I'm sure you know all about black death on this engine so would be perfect time to do new injectors and cut seats/fit seals. Such a good engine IMO but hampered by a few little issues. Moer that thang and she'll be humming again in no time 😂👍
Yes, they can go many miles. One issue I found is piston rings sticking on allnof them and injectors. Im now busy rebuilding a new engine. Video will be coming soon. Thanks for the comment. 👍
@@barnbuilds25 the head does need some work, obviously, whatever happened to nr5 has damaged the head also. But Im wondering now if I should do some mods while im at it......
Great research. Hope it will not be my issue too. 😰 Two months ago my second car spend a week in garage cause the blown head gasket and it cost me soooo much. If I will need do this with my jeep than I will go suicide. 🤦
This is just an UPDATE video for everyone following the Jeep Project

Looks familiar 😂 Time for an engine disassembly video...
But it was not head gasket 😂
It could be as easy as just swapping the sub assembly.
But I wonder how piston 5 got to look like that??
@@MountainmanBuildz ahh yess of course not 😂
Would be great if it’s just a sub assembly 😅

@@barnbuilds25 also I should have listened to you from the start...
Should have pulled the engine long ago 😂
@@MountainmanBuildz oh yes definitely.. completely linked 😅
