We're so glad that you liked the tutorial! Printing on the inside of the card requires you to flip the page and print upside down. You just have to make sure you feed the paper in the right way 🙂
Hey can you make a video with messages inside of the card? I’m struggling on how to add a message to the inside I’m unsure of what app to use. It’d be super helpful love ur vids 🤍
I would just make the message on a separate canvas in procreate or Phonto(my personal fav) and then flip the paper around and print it on the other side after printing out the cover page. Make sure that you flip it upside down if needed as well depending on the printer.
Thank you for this very informative tutorial. In your video you mentioned your personal home printer and how its good at reproducing the colours you see on screen. Would you mind sharing what printer you have? Im in the middle of researching for a new one. I use procreate and can transfer to my mac computer and then onto my printer. At the moment my colours dont look the same as on my screen. Very confusing. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this helpful video! Question, how would you put two cards on one page when printing? It seems like two cards would fit perfectly on one 8.5x11 page. Thank you for your help, and thanks again for a great video!
Thanks, Helena! To put two on one page, you could group together all your layers and move everything as far to the left as possible on the canvas (without falling off the edge of the canvas). Then, duplicate the group in the Layers Panel by sliding the "New Group" set to the left and choosing duplicate. Tap the arrow and drag the duplicated group to the right on the canvas until the layout looks right. Let me know if you have any questions on that!! Hope it helps :)
You used Procreate (program) on an iPad? Does procreate come on the iPad? Which model of iPad did you use? I'm looking to get an iPad to make greeting cards.
Thanks! It's a grip -- one of our all time favorite accessories. Here's more info about it: www.loveleighloops.com/blog/top-ipad-accessories-for-procreate
Hey, this is an amazing video. I love it. I have one question, if you can tell me the name of the brushes you used to write “happy birthday “ it would be really helpful. Thank youu
OMG! at last a sensible vid about printing cards! I use an iPad Pro with Procreate and iColorama etc and have a Canon printer. Although the iPad works directly to the printers wifi, I can only seem to use the Canon Print app, and up to now have been unable to alter the canvas size well enough to print my cards so have been printing my images onto photo cards and then mounting these on to blank cards - quite a long way round though the results seem popular. I came to your vid by accident but followed it through and lo and behold - I can print from PDFs through the Canon print app direct onto my cards! I can only select 8 x10 inches as a size nearest to my 7 x 10 inch cards ( before folding) but I can get round that with correct placement of the image! Thanks loads! Can I just ask one question - in your vid, I noticed that you seem to have an alpha lock layer, but you don't mention this? I have been replicating that in case it is important but when did you put it in there? Thanks again!
So glad this video was helpful!! The alpha locked layer was just because I duplicated my black letters and turned them gray for the shadow using Alpha Lock > Fill Layer, but this is not a necessary step for printing
Hey, I just wanted to know if it’s possible to print on card stock directly from procreate? Since you have to change the paper type your printer have to print on, I’m unsure if you’re able to do that from procreate, or if you have to have a computer to do it . I hope you guys know how, because I’m completely lost 😅
I made a design in Procreate and printed it out on regular paper. The lettering is not as crisp as I would like it to be. What should I do differently?
I love this! I use rubber stamps to make greeting cards but also love to make them digitally. I just started using Procreate and this looks fun. Thanks for sharing!
I love that you are a teacher because you really explained this topic well and didn't go too fast...
Thank you, Cheryl!
Do you have a video on how to print both inside and outside of the card?
I'll also looove a tutorial on how to design calligraphy on iPad to print on shirts 😊.. if you don't mind
Drawing in guides to mark where to cut is such a good idea, thank you!!
You're welcome, glad it's helpful!
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much for explaining it so eloquently xxx
That's great to hear! We appreciate your comment :)
Thank youu! This helped a lot...Can you also please teach me how to make a double-sided card?
I stumbled across this and I love your tutorial! I often like to print a message on the inside of the card. How do you do that?

Brilliant video step by step in detail
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you!! Question- does the background color not print??
If the background is white or transparent, it won't print, but if you change the color then it should!
@@LoveleighLoops thank you! 🙏
Such a cute tutorial Jillian!❤️
Thanks Gail!! :)
How do you get the background colour

Look up Amanda Holden Designs she does a good job in her greeting card tutorial showing how to do this!
Yeah I was thinking, two on one piece of card is more efficient.
Thanks! This is so useful!
can you share how you did the Birthday script. Was it a font you downloaded? If so, what is the name of that font?
Hi, what brush are you using for this project :) Thank you!
Thank you! 💗

You are so welcome!
How did you get the gold foil on the card?
What brushes did you use here? Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. What is that on your pen

Can design picture postcard(front & back)?
when I click on crop and resize I do not get that page info at the bottom. I do not know why. Is there another way to access that info?

Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the great tutorial!
Hey! Ty guys sm!! I was wondering: which brush do you normally use? Also, can you make a video on gift cards as well? Thanks!!!

Hi. Thank you for sharing! Is this for personal use only or are you able to use this for commercial use and are you able to add business logo>
You can print your own cards for personal or commercial use!

If you've printed on cardstock from your printer before then you should be able to! :)
Is that a special cover you have on an apple pencil? Or a different type of touch pen?
Hello! It's a pencil grip. Here's the one we use: www.amazon.com/dp/B07BK6Z8JH/?ref=exp_loveleighloops_dp_vv_d
Eager to try this! Thank you (as always)!
You're very welcome! :)
Can you share the link of where and what type of card stock you use for cards? I bought from Amazon but it’s super not user friendly 👎🏼.
I made a design in Procreate and printed it out on regular paper. The lettering is not as crisp as I would like it to be. What should I do differently?
Can you add a picture to the card?
Yes, you can insert a picture in Procreate (Actions > Add photo) and print it out.
WHAT IS THIS APP NAME
I love this but it only let me do 3 layers and it's kind of ha d when you want to add a lot of detail and layers
this is most probably for apple you did not mention whether it is for androite and windows 11
The Procreate App is only available on iPad, but there are alternatives: www.loveleighloops.com/blog/procreate-alternatives
I love this! I use rubber stamps to make greeting cards but also love to make them digitally. I just started using Procreate and this looks fun.
Thanks for sharing!
Have fun creating your digital cards, Debbie!
Love This!!!
Thanks, Sophie!
The thing I don't like about the tutorial is that it's hard to draw " birthday" like as if it's text. Could you teach how to do that properly?
nice contents
hope you keep update :)
So useful! Should’ve watched it earlier
First like, i have proof!❤😂
Thank you for sharing this. Very helpful:)
Thank you this was so helpful
Love this!
