Honolulu Jazz Quartet to play Saturday

The 2023 Na Hoku Hanohano Award-winning Honolulu Jazz Quartet is set to have its debut performance at The Lounge in Hawaii Kai this Saturday. The theme of the evening is "Modern Storytelling in Jazz". The Hawaii Jazz Quartet shared some tidbits from their original compositions and arrangements Thursday morning on Wake Up 2Day.

"Listening" type of music that failed to connect with former fans. Venues went from The Palladium in NYC to empty night clubs.
