What an amazing video for a learning diy like myself. Before watching this I couldn't figure out why my sled bogged so poorly at midrange after dealer installed new secondary. Now I'm confident to get it tuned perfectly in no time. Unfortunately, dealer is known for bad service so I gotta do it all myself.

Awesome VIDEO!. I was having a terrible time with an older 04 Polaris 800 PRO X burning up belts. I tried a Clutch from a 600 with a 56/42 helix put my 800 spring in and WOW. 100% better. . WAY better working Clutch now.. I ant on a Snowcross track. I like the slower Back shift too. So out with the 62/46-.46. Ordered a 52/36 and I think it works even better then the 56/42 out of the 600. Belt heat is not a problem now at all.

Hi, do you have the slide show somewhere? Hard to see in the 480p resolution for the pictures and stuff

I want to know why my old Button clutch Out preforms the TEAM tss-04 clutch i have? I can get 110mph on the button. The button stays cooler and belt live is a lot longer. Team spins the tracks, Machine doesn't go as fast. Only can 87 mph on top end. And belt live is the pits! Way to much heat. I just don't have reverse with the Button Clutch.

The button is a superior clutch, it's that simple. The torsion spring is more tunable with less slippage and more consistency.

You sound like no one can beat Yamaha lol it’s because Yamaha mostly uses manual trans not automatic

Maybe because Yamaha and Cat are basically the same thing.
