I use a 1Mii ML300 to solve the exclusion of a wired headphone jack. The nice thing about the A53 5G (US version unlocked) is it upgraded overnight to Android 13 and Oneui 5.0. It's also a dual-sim phone.

My thoughts on you. Owned about 4 months.
Finally chose to not merely get a new celly but splurge after considering a73 and lower than 53.
Bummed no jack, however wired hadn't lasted long mostly, resorted to b tooth Buds live, expensive but works well.
With time worse was the SHARED card slot. Sarcrificed the SD to fit both sim cards. My old celly supported the 3 at once and lower tier as the a14 do😢
128 gig internal makes up for SD. My tasks are basic minus gaming so a 778 ain't a loss. Minor jagginess once and weeks ago.
Gave me a theory for a weaker 1280 - a chip shortage. Other reviews imply better power life.
I snap daily for social media and pretty great. Assorted cameras open up my photography.
Learned of late can snap stills, switch between cams while filming.
Your vid showed a light forming round edge of the selfie when i switch to it btw.
Found your voice real soft at least at 1080 vid.
An absent charger a freaking disgrace. All things considered, the blue #a53 i wrote this on satisfies as my previous Sammys.
i will be waiting for a55 as this years a54 is not much of an upgrade compared to my a73, still using the a53 as daily driver this yr, wiah the nxt a 5x series will get the snap 7 gen2+ otherwise pass and w8 for a56 as both my a73 and a53 still is relevant in 2025

Yeah. It's distinguishable even when your far away from it.
The thing I don't like is that even though the latest model is being sold already, the older models are still being sold at their original regular SRPs. I believe in other countries, when new models are already available in the market, older models are being sold at significantly lower prices.
If you're living in the Philippines, the reason for that is because it's not being handled by Samsung Mobile (main company) completely. The Philippines is still under the 60/40 foreign/local partnership rule which Main foreign companies who aren't based in the Philippines need to have a local company on their behalf.
With that rule, they cannot control the whole business here. Meaning, they can't do anything what they want and they only provide stocks and source materials for their products. And it's up to their local counterpart what will they do to sell it, which in this case, they still sell the phone in its default SRP when it's not on sale.

IMHO, get the A34. It's much better in terms of performance.
