In this video we tour the Destiny Timberline Elite 4 bedroom in Florida 2022. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2254 square foot 32 x 80 double wide manufactured home.
This home is huge! The master bathroom is very spacious and it includes 2 sinks, a shower and a huge soaker tub. There is plenty of room to entertain in the living room, family room and in the large open kitchen. This is a cozy home that has everything that you are looking for at an affordable price.

A little different, I would build a temporary wall in the den/family room to break up having all of the secondary rooms right off the den. I do not want the secondary bathroom staring at me while I'm watching your home tour videos on UA-cam 🤭🤭🤭

Thanks Joe! I love this house but most of the land lots in California have a narrow front entrance side with the longer side towards the back. So most of these great homes you show would not fit unless the front door is along the side.
I never really thought about how many of the manufactured homes that we tour are set up like this one. We have toured a few houses that are around 28 to 30 feet wide and around 50 to 60+ deep. A few that come to mind are Palm Harbors levy, Jenkins, cottage farmhouse and summer breeze. Some other manufactures make them too, some models are Maitland, Ashville, Raleigh, key west, and the beach. The best thing about most of these models are they have porches on them.
