Having trouble with the threader even moving at all. It's always given me trouble and the manual doesn't have that problem in it. May need a $100 service just to thread a needle.

I was gifted a brand new barely used Enlighten with out the assesories or cleaning and oiling tools. Does anyone know where I can buy it?

Sergers are ideal for knits, we highly recommend using a serger whenever working with any sort of knit material. Hope this helps!
