I wondered about the collaboration with wool roll bread and cinnamon rolls.
I tried to make different types of designs for these cinnamon rolls and at last, this was the design that I was satisfied with.
I really liked how these cinnamon rolls turned out.

Please make sure to use room temperature egg and heavy cream
Ingredients
90g warm milk (1/3 cup + 1tbsp)
5g instant yeast ( 1 and 1/2 tsp)
300g bread flour ( 2cup and 1/2 cup)
50g heavy cream ( 1/4 cup)
30g sugar ( 2 and 1/2tbsp)
50g melted butter ( 1/4 cup)
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg (beaten)
filling - 60g sugar (1/2 cup), 1tbsp cinnamon
frosting - cream cheese, condensed milk ( ratio 1:1)

I feel that there's more than just sugar & cinnamon in the filling mixture, yes? Mine looks nothing like yours & I did 1/2 cup sugar & 1 tablespoon cinnamon per recipe. Am I missing something here? Thanks for any feedback!
