✤ Dough Ingredients
- 300g Bread flour
- 1(60g) Room temperature egg
- 80ml Warm milk
- 100ml Warm heavy cream
- 30g Sugar
- 5g Salt
- 5g Instant dry yeast
✤ Ingredients to apply before baking
-1tbsp Egg
- 2tbsp Milk
✤ Ingredients to apply after baking (can be omitted)
- 1tbsp Melted unsalted butter
✤ Filling (optional)
- Dried cranberries
- Steamed chestnuts
- Chopped Chocolate
- Melted unsalted butter + minced garlic + chopped Green onion + mozzarella cheese
- Melted unsalted butter + condensed milk
✤ TIP
- For the filling ingredients, I tried things I had at home. Apply what you like.
- Condensed milk is a liquid, so it flows out when you make it.
- Steamed chestnuts are delicious when mixed with honey.
- Fermentation will swell well if you put it in a pot of warm water. (Change the water once in the middle)
