I’d Love to see. A 2 story 1300sft home with a big deck in the backyard and a pool and a firepit. I’d also like a one car garage. I love the look of stone and if possible, I’d LOVE it to look like a mini Castle.
Perhaps I’m confused, but are the sliding glass doors the main entry into the home because it looks like it’s coming into what should be the back of the home where the dining area is with that big patio. We never saw the other side of the house we just jumped from the back patio, to the side of the house too in the living room looking out towards the end of the house. OK, so now I’m corrected the living area is at the front of the home where the patio is and your neighbors can see all your guests while you’re outside barbecuing. The main entrance is the sliding glass doors which I absolutely abhor. The kitchen is very nice but I sure don’t want people walking into the dining room when I’m putting food out on the table. The living room is fine as well. The walls that you put in to build the back hallway where the two bathrooms and bedrooms are is totally unnecessary. Leave that space open and just let people walk into the door that goes into the bedrooms or the bathroom that is on that area. You lose the opportunity to make the house feel more spacious and open. Truthfully I just really don’t care for the floor plan completely and there is no second egress.
I believe that is not a sliding glass door. Looking carefully I saw that one side was independent from the other side but not sliding. But I could be wrong…….
That was my first reaction too! Fireplace wall needs to accommodate the TV also. Then a huge dining room table but a small kitchen with not enough storage or counter space. Table needs to shrink, since it’s only a 2 bedroom house, and the kitchen expand in to the dining space. I love the exterior design & the house is in my esthetic, but it needs a few quirks, in my opinion. It has such potential!
I see a few these small home channels popping up in my feed, nice designs. I do noticed a common theme with these layouts though. Where is the area that houses the utilities? The hvac, water heater etc. Has anyone built one of these designs? Or is it take your 950.00 and good luck dont call us we'll call you kind of thing?
Great size, good layout. Thanks for creating!
Really great! You can get a much better design from a rectangular home than you can from a square one.

This could be a great vacation home with its porch area that is both sheltered and open.
Beautiful home, it's commended, but those windows as if nothing could go wrong!
Nice plan but need a bathtub.❤❤🏠♥️💖🏡💖♥️

Put a beautiful window in the living to look out to see landscape only to be obscured by a humongous TV.

I don't like walking in right into dining.
