He's absolutely adorable!! Love this project but as sewer and dog groomer/boarder if anyone is going to make homemade cloths/harness to use for outside walks use D rings and strong clips not velcro. Harness is the most safe for little dogs so this project is prefect, but please be very careful with velcro, it can not work properly with time. Nobody wants dog to get lose or run away.
