Yeah they have two vocalists:
Sushi (the one that does also the clean singing in this song)
And Kevin (who does the sick and deep grawls)
Sushi has now left the band, and Nico is the new clean vocalist (seen in hypa hypa, the blondie; kevin is the brown haired vocalist in hypa hypa)

Actually, they got that new vocalist pretty recently with "Hypa Hypa" being the first song they released with him

@@sandernathaniel9486 actually, hypa hypa is a Back to the roots Song, in 2012 they released: bury me in vegas, Songs like is anyone up are their oldschool songs(hypa hypa is going Back to it) the we are the mess Record, and the Crystal record are masterpieces, both mixed serious sound with their party sound
@@sandernathaniel9486 Yes they had two vocalists all the time. The second vocalist is Kevin Rataczak and he is still in the band. He is pretty good too. He plays the synthesizer/keyboard aswell

Yes, that‘s a „must check out“-song. Back then it was also a different drummer (but that‘s it with line-up changes).
You should definitely check out " Is anyone up" From them. It's their characteristic, typical style that made them famous in the beginning.
The faces you make is how I feel during the epic heaviness. This song is amazing. I have watched your reactions multiple times now. Never gets old.

I think the best part about them is the fun they have while producing/performing these songs. You can really see it in the videos/lyrics and sometimes even feel it. They always did what they liked and produced songs that matched their interests. Thats why its a bit hard to describe the real genre. I really like that and think it makes them unique. Sometimes it sounds like a mashup within one song from one band and intentional, just amazing
I would have recommended "The Devil within" for me it has some great lyrics. It doesn't have a music video though but the acoustic version has. I would watch a lyrics video from the normal version it is really a great song.
Still would recommend "Is anyone up?" It's like the party/concert starter of Eskimo Callboy and a mix of their funky and like you call it serious side

Probably the greatest Intro/Breakdown in the whole Metalcore genre! Just love the band and this song especially. As they dropped this live i was completey done 😂

There are two vocalists
In every song before hypa hypa you can hear the old one, In hypa hypa is the new vocalist. He's from a band called to the rats and wolves(You should definetly listen to their songs, They're heavy to in my opinion)
I was stoked for this reaction because Crystals is so different from the other two! For me it was the other way around, I grew up listening to Crystals, Is Anyone Up etc and _now_ get to know the actual and modern variety of EC. You on the other hand discovered the weird/funny songs first which is pretty funny to watch xD
Haha yeah i definetly had the funnier sound in mind going into this track, but it definetly proved me wrong!

Love the way you pronounce Callboy, We Are The Mess was an amazing album by them, going from very 'interesting' lyrics to actually some really thoughtful lyrics. Im def gonna go and listen to that album again now. Brings back my secondary school (high School) days

Eskimo callboy hat sich krass verändert ja und ich vermiss Sushi auch so n bisschen aber ich denk ab und zu wird er vielleicht doch nochmal auf der Bildfläche erscheinen xd ich persönlich liebe Crystals, aber ehrlich gesagt auch das ganze Album. Denkst die bringen mit dem neuen Sänger auch nochmal sowas raus?

i recommend checking out "We Butter the Bread with Butter" with "Klicks. Likes. Fame. Geil." It's a fun one aswell.
btw. they are a german metalcore/electrocore band and the lyrics are kind of hilarious but I am not sure if there are some good translations out there.
If you like their songs, I would suggest listening to "My Own Summer". My personal favourite. :)

Yeah! That was 100% my reaction when I heard this song for the first time too 😅 and you are right, that’s a big transformation, but definitely not the first. You maybe should watch the song „muffin purpergurk“ too, that’s from the first EC album and it’s another transformation haha
