Thank you for showing other price points. I know folks don't like radiators but personally I think they are great. Thank you for showing the view around the unit. it looks great. Saving up to move and everything i've seen for apartment/condos is great and the crime is actually really low. I've in Saint Louis and this great. Thank you. Nice cars, nice are shows this is not a bad neighborhood. Nothing wrong at looking at 1bd apartments as this is a standard for all other 2b/2bath. Only thing I ask is how bad are the neighbors, as fibro is a thing for my family, I love seeing everything in Chicago.
What I can say about the large courtyard style buildings is that you can come across very noisy tenants. I noticed just walking through for the tour. I think it definitely depends on the neighborhood (which may raise price points). A smaller building (6-8 units) may result in less disturbance. More videos to come describing the different areas of Chicago. Thanks for watching!
We're thinking about building a house in Indiana but want to keep our jobs in the Chicago area. As such, we will need a place to stay in the area and started looking at rental apartments and couldn't find anything under 2k a month. This video gives me hope that there is something out there and perhaps we weren't looking in the right places.
I do! And I HAVE lived here my entire life. Check out 2024-2025 Real Estate News’ article on the 25 most dangerous cities in the U.S. and you’ll see that we don’t even make the list! Thank you for sharing your tour of apartments in our beautiful city, Gabrielle Giselle!!

Yeah depending on the number of bedrooms and the area, prices can get steep. Keep up the search, glad the video helped!
