good video would only suggest to make sure you crush washer for the oil plug was not stuck up in the pan. I know this video is a few years old just a fyi for other people new to seeing this.
You were very right it helped me very much with all the drain holes and fill holes and how much to fill where to fill so I appreciate you very much thank you for the video
Excellent video from start to finish! I do my own servicing on a 2020 Turbo S but my uncle brought me his 2010 RZR 800 and this was definitely the better video. Thanks for taking the time.
Great video. This is the only one I found that had all the fluids that need changing. I did the front diff and the engine oil today. I need to buy the other fluids tomorrow and finish up. I did not know how to do the Transmission and transfer case so you helped out a lot on that.
Thanks man. My buddy was telling me that there was 2 drain plugs for trans and I was puzzled for minute but got it figured out with ole trusty youtube and of course there were holes in skid plate so got it figured out 👍
Demand Drive Pumpkins are manufactured by Hilliard and are filled with Mobil 424 before they ship to Polaris for final assembly of ATV & UTV's , I've always used Mobil , those Polaris Blue Bottles are too expensive !! Motor Oil ... Mobil or Castrol 5W-50 , S.T.P. Filters , Transmission A.T.F. Type 'F' Fluid with 5 oz. of Lucas Oil Stabilizer Mixed in , and 75-90W GL5 Gear Oil , & NEVER A failure !! Just my opinion !! Thanks 😊 !!
Where can you get replacement plugs? Front gear case on mine - both fill & drain - aren't cooperating. I'm gonna try a 8mm socket like you used but not confident it's gonna work.
@@dirtydiamonddiesel5901 Ah yes, read comments in another video, I mis-understood that there’s three plugs on that case. Fill/check/drain. And drain is downward facing as it should be. Got it
Probably one of the best video we've every seen for fluid changes. Will save this video! Thank you so much!
The skid cover is very easy to remove before doing this job. Saves a mess and good way to inspect underside.

Thanks man!!! I just got one and well it’s used without an owners manual. This really gave me the run about the services. Much appreciated.

I just drain my fluids out and measure the fluids when I put them in. I use a fancy funnel with measurement marks with a tube.
SPARK PLUG ? you need fluid pump so much easier no mess and correctly added amounts. . Good work
I have one and couldn’t find it😂 literally never used it brand new guess that’s how it goes! I will do spark plugs in a separate video ran out of time
Excellent video, thanks for sharing. Just about to do our new to us 2014 RZR 800.
Wonderful video. Super helpful. Thanks so much
have you checked the rear pinion nut? I have heard alot of 800s have this problem, look it up, I am glad I did before it was too late
When are we going to see masons truck on the dyno?
Excellent content. Thanks brother

Great Video!!! Thanks! Does the kit you mentioned apply to 2014 POLARIS RZR 4 H.O. 800 EFI EPS?
Did the transfer case and transmission take the same fluid? Great video man!
I watched a different video that showed the transfer case and main gear-case transmission both use Polaris AGL.
What size tool for the drain plugs on transmission and gear case. 13mm?
Looks good man I’m jealous always wanted one
So the transfer case and the transmission both take the same fluid? Your just filling them in two different holes?
What fluid do you use for the rear transfer case
Thank you for the video helped out alot
Thanks for the video
Got a question about my razor front differential armor plate how does it sit on the plastic retaining ring
Great video, helped me a lot!
is your maintenance interval same for all those fluids?
So what fluid was used on the transfer case?
Polaris AGL for transfer case and main gear-case transmission from what I saw in a different video.
10/10
Whats the torque specs
Something doesn’t add up with the transfer case. How can you drain it fully and still use the drain hole as a check hole?
Watch it again. Two separate units.
