In the quiet of the night aboard the USS Enterprise, Commander Riker and Captain Picard found themselves in the captain's ready room, enjoying a rare moment of relaxation. The stars outside the window formed a mesmerizing backdrop, a reminder of the vastness of space they explored together. "Jean-Luc, do you ever tire of this endless journey?" Riker asked, his voice soft, almost reflective. Picard looked up from his book, a slight smile playing on his lips. "There are moments, Will, when the solitude of command can weigh heavily. But then, I think of the crew, of the friendships we've forged, and it all seems worthwhile." Riker nodded, understanding the sentiment all too well. "We've been through so much together. It's those bonds that keep us going, I think." The captain set his book aside and leaned back in his chair. "Indeed. It's not just the exploration of the unknown that drives us, but the connections we make along the way." There was a comfortable silence between them, one that spoke of years of mutual respect and camaraderie. Riker walked over to the replicator and ordered two glasses of Saurian brandy, handing one to Picard. "To friendship," Riker toasted, raising his glass. "To friendship," Picard echoed, clinking his glass against Riker's.
This episode really gave Shunsui so much depth. It really made us understand that he helped Ukitake save Rukia back in Soul society arc so no one else suffers a similar fate to his sister in law and that's why Nanao was sad during Rukia's execution because it reminded her of her mother. Truly peak writing.

Shunsui may have been in love with Isuzu (=Nanao's mother). Since she was his brother's wife, it was an unfulfilled love. Likewise, Nanao is in love with Shunsui. The voice actor for Isuzu is the same actor who played Silky in Dundadan. The pursuit of unfulfilled love, may have been the inspiration for Shunsui's children's games, which became the power of Bankai. In the Ise region of Japan, there is a river called Isuzu River, which hides a character meaning 5. The meaning of the number 7 is also hidden in Nanao. And the meaning of the number 8 is also hidden in Hakkyoken. The Japanese emperor, Tennou, has been obliged to inherit three regalia since ancient times. One of them is Yatanokagami, meaning mirror of eight. It is enshrined in the Ise region, which has the same name as Nanao's family name.

Eli and James had always shared a close bond, but tonight, the tension between them felt different. At the Halloween party, amidst laughter and whispered dares, they found themselves in an impromptu game that had everyone watching. The dim lights cast soft shadows across their faces as they locked eyes, both knowing what was about to happen. Their friends cheered them on, but for Eli and James, the moment was electric with something unspoken. Slowly, they leaned toward each other, the scent of cologne mixing with excitement as their hands steadied the rim of the bowl placed teasingly inside James's waistband. As Eli lowered his face, the cool water splashed slightly against his cheeks, heightening every sensation. His breath brushed against James's stomach, causing a sharp intake of breath that only Eli noticed. His lips grazed an apple as he struggled to keep his focus, but all he could feel was James’s presence, so close, so inviting. Finally, Eli caught the apple with his teeth, but before pulling away, their eyes met again, and a soft grin spread across James's face. The room may have been filled with laughter and teasing remarks, but for the two boys, time seemed to pause in the shared intensity of the moment. When Eli finally pulled back, the apple dropped to the floor, but it didn’t matter. They were both left breathless, feeling the charge between them that no one else seemed to notice. A spark had ignited in the most unexpected of games, and they knew that this night would change things. Without a word, James’s fingers lingered a little longer at Eli's side, a silent promise of what was to come.
Under the vast expanse of the starry night sky, three cowboys sat around a crackling fire, the warmth of the flames casting flickering shadows on their faces. As they passed around a flask of whiskey, the conversation drifted from tales of the trail to deeper, more personal matters. Jake, the eldest of the three, spoke first, his voice low and thoughtful. "Y'know," he began, "there's been talk of how in the old days, men would turn to each other for comfort in ways folks today might not understand. It wasn't just about gettin' by; it was about trust, connection, and sometimes… something more. It's said that those acts could bring men closer, build a bond that was as strong as any friendship." The other two cowboys, Sam and Will, nodded in agreement, their faces serious as they listened. Sam, always the thoughtful one, added, "Ain't no shame in it neither. Back then, you did what you had to do, but it wasn't just about needin' someone-it was about wantin' to be close to someone who understood you better than anyone else. They say those bonds could last a lifetime, stronger than the love of any woman." Will, the youngest, looked at the two older men, a mixture of curiosity and something else in his eyes. "Maybe it's somethin' worth tryin'," he said quietly, his voice barely above a whisper. As the night grew darker and the fire burned lower, the three men moved closer together, the weight of their conversation hanging in the air. They began to explore the intimacy they had spoken of, tentatively at first, then with growing confidence. As their bodies intertwined, the night was filled with sounds-wild, untamed noises that echoed the primal connection they were forging. In those moments, they discovered a new kind of bond, one that went beyond words and gestures, a bond that was as old as time itself. When the fire finally died down, they lay in silence, knowing that their friendship had been transformed in a way that only they could truly understand.

Lille's pretty much an angel with Yhwach being the god so he's supposed to look weird like the biblically accurate angels. Btw the zanpakutou reflects the powers of a god, god sounds conceptual but I like to think it reflects powers of soul king since Lille was granted special powers by Yhwach who in turn god his powers from his father soul king, who's closest to what a god is in bleach. Since it just reflects those powers Lille could have won if he wasn't so stupid and attacked with Trompete.
In the whimsical land of Far Far Away, Shrek and Donkey discovered a connection that transcended friendship. Amidst their adventures, a deeper bond formed, defying societal norms. Their unconventional love story unfolded quietly, a tale of acceptance and understanding. Far from the conventional fairy tales, Shrek and Donkey navigated their feelings in a world that had yet to grasp the diversity of love. In the end, it wasn't the castle or the dragon that defined their happiness, but the genuine connection they found in each other, proving that love knows no boundaries, even in a swampy fairy tale realm.

This fight was controversial back then because Kubo used Nanao's past as a plot device in order for this moment to work. everyone is so hyped for shunsui's bankai, then it overshadowed because of this plot device...
There is a manga panel where Shunsui says to Nanao " i take you as my subordinate not just for your kido talent" in unserious way during 2nd invasion. It might a very subtle hint which fans totally missing the true point
@SkyserAspili but thank god it's 2 episodes, both Pernida and Lille Barro fight
Cause that way we got peak for 4 episodes in a row.
2 episodes, both captains Bankai.
2 episodes, lieutenants popping off.
People don’t realize these Sternritter are among the most broken and most powerful characters in all of anime.
@@SkyserAspilipeople complain about lack of foreshadowing but come on not everything has to be foreshadowed like in a narration university course. Things are not foreshadowed IRL and Ukitake/Shunsui are characters we didn’t see much before this, so quite natural that we wouldn’t have heard anything about their backstory. They fought a god and someone happened to have a god-killing sword, it’s only an issue if people want to nitpick on what “correct writing” is
🖐Absolute Cinema 🤚
Bleach don’t miss. The visuals and sound design are amazing as usual 🤘🏽Shunsui stays being the best! He’s definitely the cool uncle and his family sure has a tragic past. It’s good that Nanao was able to help and that they could support each other. So glad Lille Barro is finally out of here 😤
"Don't they know I hate shouldering responsibility" hit so hard😭
😢😢😢
Perfect episode
21:59 It was Bazz-B's voice
last time i was this early i was still being born
☠️ YOOO WUT LOL
Shinsui was left with hairpins and a sword. The only thing missing is showing us that yama left shinsui with the mantle of being captain commander. That would have added to the weight that he bears.
Yama, pretty much his father figure gave him the whole gotei 13 after dying
Ukitake his closest friend gave everyone all the different worlds at the cost of his life
His brother and his brother's wife the hairpins kimono and sword then both died
Now he only has Nanao who took some of the burden to herself and they protect each other
I remember when I read the manga, I thought Shunsui was a charming character, but the back story didn't even cross my mind until I watched this episode. I cried. It was so much deeper and more beautiful than I understood when I was young.
Shunsui's shadow abilities and Nanao's reflection draw a nice parallel. Both handle the "light of god" in their own ways.
The ending poem was Bazz B.
Love the kimono! Also, thank you so much for enjoying the episode ^_^
I don't have a clue who the next guy is supposed to be based on the teaser poem at the end, but when he said fingers bend and the colors on the little picture filled in a bit I think it might be Bazz-B.
The kimono shunsui wore didn't just resemble his sister in-law's it was her kimono. He simply just changed the kimono after having Nanao join his squad.
Instantly reminded of when we first saw Shunsui in action against Chad. His entrance with Nanao tossing sakura petals til she dumps the whole thing on him. Good times😢
I loved Episode 37 of Bleach TYBW. Episode 37 is my favorite episode of Cour 3 so far.
But then, I think of the crew, of the friendships we've forged, and it all seems worthwhile."
Riker nodded, understanding the sentiment all too well. "We've been through so much together. It's those bonds that keep us going, I think."
The captain set his book aside and leaned back in his chair. "Indeed. It's not just the exploration of the unknown that drives us, but the connections we make along the way."
There was a comfortable silence between them, one that spoke of years of mutual respect and camaraderie.
Kyoraku and Katen (Ohana) had a baby Zanpakuto Kyokotsu (Okyo), who loves to play hide-and-seek to hide Nanao's Zanpakuto. The lore is wild.
You are making stuff wierd, it's more like Katen splits a part of her which is the eye and created Kyoūkotsu. No weird stuff happening.
@baldwinivofjerusalem47 Why would any of what i said be weird? Even Oetsu, the man who created Zanpakuto said that they can become friends or even lovers to the user. It's a canonically established fact, and it's not weird at all.
@@zamaskowany12Oetsu was joking because they were Asauchis'. Zanpakutou is an Asauchi that is made by one's own soul. That's like you impregnating yourself to have a baby. KATEN is Shunsui's inner spirit. His reflection of his own soul.
@@baldwinivofjerusalem47 Oetsu was not joking, and Katen being Shunsui's inner spirit doesn't change anything. She is her own person with her own distinct personality and feelings.
Shunsui didn't mean she literally birthed her. It was symbolic
Someone call Ninny-Chan and Noel-Chan 😂 Dragons are loose!
shunsui is probably mu favourite captain (after unohana) imo now. the amount of development he got just from this arc is IMMENSE
The voice in the end of episode its Bazz-B
This is Nanao's First Fight against the One of the Strongest Royal Elite Guard of Yhwach and yeah Nanao is Scary because she's Literally fighting Lille Barro's God Level but thankfully Shunsui is there to help her..
Amazing episode and reaction Flexie. Regarding Nemu, as far as I understood, she is indeed dead. Her brain was intact, but her soul and body were destroyed and we saw that Nemu nº 7 didnt' have the memories of number 1, 2, 3... If Mayuri creates a nº 8 it would be a new existence.
It's said that those acts could bring men closer, build a bond that was as strong as any friendship."
The other two cowboys, Sam and Will, nodded in agreement, their faces serious as they listened.
Minecraft Central 46!
Great episode
God messenger so full of him self he can’t comprehend a sword ability that was explained to him and shot at it anyway lol joking of course to people who might take this too seriously
In his defense, Trompete was an ENORMOUS attack, one of the largest attacks of the entire series. I think his plan was to just overpower her, thinking there’s no way that small sword can block this attack the size of a city. Well, it can.. bad call Chicken Lille
@ lol in his defense he should listen next time
That was exactly the point, he was too full of himself to take Nanao's words seriously and too many people can't understand this and say it's bad writing lol..
@ i know that lol and said i was joking
@@keithg222 I know you know, I'm just saying some people really are serious when saying what you are joking about and I think it's silly that they do lol.
this episode was beautiful
Basically Shunsui is Nanao's uncle that she doesn't even know until now..
I want to point out that Yamamoto passed down the role of head captian to shunsui before he died. He knew he was the only one who could come close to replacing him. 😢😭
This sword does not cut, it reflects gods power back upon its user.
There is a YT channel called storieswithstyle, and that guy has a phenomenal analysis on the Mayuri VS Pernida fight (the whole series in general to be honest, but that one especially).
Shinsui my GOAT 🐐
back to back , it is interesting , that both enemy died by the daughter figure in the fight , mayuri 's nemu and this
😅idk if anyone mentioned this but regarding Mayuri and Nemu, if/when Mayuri remakes Nemu, she wouldn't be the same Nemu but the next Nemu in the series. A whole new person without the memories of the previous Nemus
TYBW IS PEAK
I wish they will animate THAT moment next week in this cour and maybe add some new scenes
Kyotaku’s demeanor is more of a facade. Pretending everything was okay. No wonder why he loves to drink. Heavy stuff tbh.
Bleach tybw cour3 Title:Family ❤
Kyoraku is my goat. My favourite character ever in the entire anime I have ever watched in my life.
Shunsui suffered a lot 😢
This episode was too good. Lowkey a bit emotional too. So Nanao is essentially Kyoraku's niece then right? Could be wrong but from putting the pieces together that's what it seems like. Love their relationship
Yes it’s literally his niece by blood relation
Okay, another Lieutenant's story is complete.
NEXT is Bazz-B, the fingers
22:04 that's Bazz-B's haiku/poem
i love your reactions.
6:08 Well this Pokémon Lille Barro literally evolved from a Crobat to Arceus 😂
22:11 Buzz-B
I think it was Bazz B on the ending narration
That's her Kimono
in the manga this ep is called The suicide theater i think they decided to sencure that
Nanao is his niece!?!? That was a great episode!
初コメントです。相剋譚38話でバズビー、ハッシュヴァルトの過去が明かされます
Additional info, Lille barro was based on biblical angel.
love your reactions to anime. wonder when the kdrama will start. :X

Poor guy he should've known there is a thing falled "power of love " in Anime
I think that was bazb at the end
