Hi from France, years ago i drove a truck and drag for Norbert Dentressangle here in France,we did heaps of Italy>England,i had a client that was in Valence Road,London.Although it was back in the 90's I'll never, ever forget that place as long as i live, the hardest place on earth to back into and even harder getting out of.Whenever the word London is pronounced i think of that place.
Hey, I’m absolutely loving your channel. I’m going to dig out some pics of my late beloved old man’s V8 Scania’s that he piloted, predominately out of Northern Ireland. They were all 141s, 142s & his babies, two 143s he drove before sudden & serious illness forced him into immediate retirement back in the mid to late 90’s!! Enjoy your evening wherever you may be and parked up for the day 🤗🤗
Oh hello im glad your back i hope your well , Ive been watching Lena a lot and Young DC European. And Ned kelly has gone again he will be asleep with Mo . Be safe thanks guy manchester .
You would put many a male driver to shame, geez you were so cool going down all the narrow streets. Many moons ago I used to deliver whisky in London, multi drops in the late 70s, it was bad then, heaven knows what it is like now, glad I’m retired. Fantastic video again. Kind regards, Johnny
Super hazard lights. I never heard that one before but a very good title and description of said haz lights. Be Well and safe journeys to You Sherralin
Greetings sherralin, today I have signed up because I follow quite a few Spanish truckers, and I don't know how your Vlog got to me, but it has been surprising to see such perfect maneuvers. And above all and more what has caught my attention is seeing the markets or loading and unloading warehouses... and unloading. That is something that is not seen in Spaniards... a lot of roads, some rest area... but the essence of loading and unloading is not. They say that it is due to the policy of the companies that do not want them to leave. (which I don't believe) thanks for the videos, that is seeing the soul of a driver.
Hi, thanks for watching. I do try to make the interesting and informative, which is why there is a bit of a gap sometimes between them. Glad you enjoyed them. 😁👍🏻
well bugger me !!, you delivered to special fruits in Spits, many years ago i worked for a market transport company and i have sent literally hundreds of pallets to special fruits in spits and New Covent Garden :) :)
Well, Beat that for a Sunday Drive, how you managed fair play,if that's a Sunday what the hell 😢is it like on Week Days, you always get it ✅ done regards🚛🏴🇬🇧
That area is a filthy area for parking always had trouble, Even though I used to deliver in a 7.5t daily. Maybe I was cursed as I was Monday to Friday ! .. Well done to you for a smooth drive in and out. Great video.
i think you got into spits at right time it was starting to get busy when you left ,also you can't beat a back street delivery in the back of housing built up area we do a collection in the middle of housing estate in Harrow , its always interesting getting in and out , stay safe
Used to deliver there, where the car with the clamp was parked we used to deliver to a customer a couple of doors up, but always weekdays, we used to go in off the 406 just after the hospital, never any room round there 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Great video, Why every place you go to tip in UK are they so grumpy, no need for it, And those 2 black cars that shot out in front of you when you were making that right turn at the round about, its hard work all the way, Well done.
Just as-well you delivered the watermelons on a Sunday that car with the clamp is a DVLA one No Tax not much help for drivers in large vehicles though the guy who give you directions fair play to him knowing it is a usual issue of getting to his address.
Brilliant but the Health and Safety should insist on Power Trucks. It is to heavily for a man and lady after years . Done this for years and not can’t do anything except drive . Pallets never change. Always a broken corner
ua-cam.com/video/EBT398wiQbc/v-deo.html Dawsons lifting on the left in the corner. Great guys for any issues with Hydraulics for the pump trucks, and fork lifts. Cowboy Dave, and Dave.
If you have bought that load from Spain and its on a CMR del note ? What are you doing in the back unloading it ??? They have to supply the labour to tip the truck its not your job . All you have to do is open the doors !
I bow to your superior knowledge. I’m not aware that helping to tip the load is a legal offence, maybe I will look into it. But tbh, if it helps me get finished and to my bed or get home earlier I’m happy to help. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. 😁👍🏻
“Darling!” I didn’t realise we were so close!? I’ve just watched the video through again and nowhere did I “bad mouth” anyone. If you are talking about the guy at the end, as I pointed out he was being grumpy, it turned out it was due to a lack of communication between his office/superior and him. I am very careful what I do and what I say to or about people especially on social media.
@@GBtrucklady I didn't mean you verbally most fork truck drivers art miserable I think it is part of the job description as for being Moroccan yes it is difficult communicating with them I went out there a couple of 80s and early to tangiers and Marrakech not many fork trucks out there you get about 40 blokes they lift it off sorry if I caused offence none was intended
BEST luck after 32 yrs trucking age 59 , back , spine in trouble now . DONT use manual pump up/ . ONLY battery one now for palletts . truncking , tipper work , LGV collection , delv work. NON HANDBALL/ MANUALL HANDLE WORK . YEP i try avoid LONDON apart single drops , locals only home every night . BRISTOL area .
Thank you. I guess after 38 years I’m lucky not to have any health issues, just not as strong as I was. To be honest when I’m home I can’t sit still. I’ve been single for many years, my son is grown up and I have 2 beautiful grandchildren so I can do what I want, when I want.

Yep, markets are a like Marmite, love them or hate them 😂😂 As early as possible is the key.
omg that market theres so much room i used to go in the old 1 years ago and hated it that looks so much easyer .. keep safe
Ha ha. I just got there early. Thanks for watching 😁👍🏻
hi, my name is Jorma, I drive a truck in Sweden, we deliver food to the Ica food stores here
Hi 👋🏻 thanks for watching
I am chocked. I have heard that infrastructure in London is bad, but it is city planing gone wrong. Plain and simple.
Used to deliver there, where the car with the clamp was parked we used to deliver to a customer a couple of doors up, but always weekdays, we used to go in off the 406 just after the hospital, never any room round there 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Looks a lot easier to come off NCR by the hospital?
You're lucky, there used to be a width restriction 50m leading back on the nth circ
Did 5 years London everyday 🤣, Can't say I miss it !!
😂😂😂
Hi Sherrilin, do you do the Manchester markets???
If so please let me know as I'm looking for similar employment as to what you do ...👍
What I can't work out is, since the invention of the automobile nobody thought about upgrading the road system from the narrow ancient tracks
Great video, Why every place you go to tip in UK are they so grumpy, no need for it, And those 2 black cars that shot out in front of you when you were making that right turn at the round about, its hard work all the way, Well done.
Delivering in London ☹️ it’s got to be the worst place 🙈so good job done 👍🏻 get in and out quick as you can 😊
I have to agree. 😁
Spits markets delivered every night in there for yearsssssss lol
Spiers and Hartwell not long got there as the trailers still full
It's not just about driving.
Great job mate I hated driving in London. It was so stressful👍🇦🇺
Looks like the produce markets in Los Angeles and New York 😢
I’m sure they look the same the world over 😁
Just as-well you delivered the watermelons on a Sunday that car with the clamp is a DVLA one No Tax not much help for drivers in large vehicles though the guy who give you directions fair play to him knowing it is a usual issue of getting to his address.
Another great video, back to the dump..London.?
Thank you. 😁
I hated driving round London
I forgot how awful it is driving in London, the inconsiderate drivers, narrow roads and now ULEZ God help us . But keep up the great vlogs😇
Thank you, thanks for watching 😁👍🏻
can to aussie , 2.80 a kilometre , no cost to you as a driver for the linehaul companies
🤔 sorry I don’t understand this comment.
Brilliant but the Health and Safety should insist on Power Trucks.

Awww no Tea
Hate London with a passion 😢
There’s always tea 😁👍🏻😂😂

You should know darling you mustn't bad mouth fork truck drivers they can make your life very stressful they don't hire them for their humour

I'd rather do Paris or Rome than London...
I'm glad I don't deliver in London no more people can't drive at all lot of them on dodgy driving licence
London is the worst, especially with road works and a 16foot trailer.
