It doesn't just detect mouse movement it detects camera movement in general, so yes it would work on a controller.@@Official360

you need full installation for overclock or undervolt. Also, if the radeon software slows down your pc you need a better CPU.

I’d start with installing your graphics card driver first…
Ignore this and use in-game resolution controls instead. This is a last resort option.
