This song, alongside Free As a Bird and Now and Then, proves a fantastic Beatles reunion could have happened as all three were written by John in the 70's. So sad but at least we still got the songs to play forever.
I’m sure they would have got back together, probably not live, unless maybe for very special one offs like Live Aid. They would have been much happier with the more modern sound systems, do that they would have been able to hear themselves, and they audience would have heard them! More likely the occasional studio session. What do you think?

This is a nice reproduction and "what if?" I just wish that Giles Martin could clean up the original Anthology release of this wonderful track. John's vocal is tinny sounding and his piano leaks in and out of the song on the original and it's especially annoying when listening with headphones. This tribute/reproduction is really cool! Your efforts are appreciated.

I like the LCR mix. Love hearing the guitars separated, and they blend in well through speakers. Reminiscent of early Beatles stereo mixes with all the drums on one side!

Sorry! It was probably a bit of a rash, off the cuff decision to cut it out. I had spent a few hours working on the guitars. It came to the solo, and it didn’t sound right for the time period. I probably should have recorded it in an earlier style, but I thought the quick, live 2.5 min number didn’t need it. Maybe I was being lazy! I wish I’d had a go now! Congratulations! Thanks! It sounds like it doesn’t it? It’s acutely Timmy Sean’s voice processed by AI to make it sound more like John’s. The Beatles were quite keen on using varispeed on the tape machine. I’ve done the same thing, pitching it up by 5%, so it’s s bit faster and about a semitone (half step) higher. I think it starts to sore!

It's an interesting question. What, musically, are the fundamental differences between the Beatles and Beach Boys. They each had respect for each other.
Timmy Sean recorded the original track. He then used AI to help make his voice sound more like the the Beatles. I then added guitars, speed it up slightly and did other processing to make it sound more live and energetic. I'm glad you like it! It was written by John, and originally recorded in the 90s by the others. This is a much more up beat version recorded by Timmy Sean, but I then further livened it up, adding guitars. I think it is better than the 90s original, which was too down. Have you heard the original?
I’m sure the Monkees would have loved doing this! It would have been a big hit for them. I can imagine Davy Jones singing it. The high harmonies suit them!
The recording was originally made by Timmy Sean. He sung all the parts, then AI was used to make his voice more like the Beatles. I think the prchorus is supposed to be John, but it might be John and Paul together. Their voices mix together very well.
That’s about right. I spent just a few hours on the audio. I wanted to make it more live and energetic to match the video I had in mind, so I added the guitar parts, made it a little faster and did some further processing to give it more of a live feel. Most of my work was making the video. Without the guitars, it would look right on stage.

Yes, as I said in the description, it is based on Timmy Sean’s recording, but I have done quite a bit of work on it. The guitars took me a couple of hours, then there were quite a few production techniques to help it sound more raw and lively to better match the video. The speed up was just the last tweak.
A lot more than just sped up, mate. Then he’s put the video together. He’s done some work here, and I think it’s great. Play this version and Sean’s back to back. Big difference.

Well, it’s really me playing the guitars and Timmy Sean playing all the other real instruments and really singing. The only thing not real is the technology used to make his voice sound more like John and Paul. What do you think about it?
I think you should give Whole Lotta Video some credit here. He has adapted the mix quite substantially. It’s gone from a keyboard based version to guitar based, so he must have recorded extra instruments. It’s in a different key, and faster, which gives it more urgency, the vocals are louder (I don’t know how you would do that) pushing up against the compressors, giving it a more vintage feel. That’s hours of work for a good musician and engineer... and the first thing he does is credit a Timmy Sean.
Hi. Which chords are you referring to? On the hook, I have deliberately used a subdominant for the guitars in place of the relative minor to give it a more nieve, Everly Brothers vibe. Is that the bit you mean?

That is a good call. You are right! I’m sure his voice suffered from all those live performances. It definitely became more nasal. Paul’s voice stood up very well for a couple more decades. Do you not like it then?

Sorry! It was probably a bit of a rash, off the cuff decision to cut it out. I had spent a few hours working on the guitars. It came to the solo, and it didn’t sound right for the time period. I probably should have recorded it in an earlier style, but I thought the quick, live 2.5 min number didn’t need it. Maybe I was being lazy! I wish I’d had a go now! Congratulations! It’s acutely Timmy Sean’s voice processed by AI to make it sound more like John’s.
The Beatles were quite keen on using varispeed on the tape machine. I’ve done the same thing, pitching it up by 5%, so it’s s bit faster and about a semitone (half step) higher. I think it starts to sore!

Timmy Sean recorded the original track. He then used AI to help make his voice sound more like the the Beatles. I then added guitars, speed it up slightly and did other processing to make it sound more live and energetic.

It was written by John, and originally recorded in the 90s by the others. This is a much more up beat version recorded by Timmy Sean, but I then further livened it up, adding guitars. I think it is better than the 90s original, which was too down. Have you heard the original?

That’s about right. I spent just a few hours on the audio. I wanted to make it more live and energetic to match the video I had in mind, so I added the guitar parts, made it a little faster and did some further processing to give it more of a live feel. Most of my work was making the video. Without the guitars, it would look right on stage.

Yes, as I said in the description, it is based on Timmy Sean’s recording, but I have done quite a bit of work on it. The guitars took me a couple of hours, then there were quite a few production techniques to help it sound more raw and lively to better match the video. The speed up was just the last tweak.
A lot more than just sped up, mate. Then he’s put the video together. He’s done some work here, and I think it’s great. Play this version and Sean’s back to back. Big difference.

I think you should give Whole Lotta Video some credit here. He has adapted the mix quite substantially. It’s gone from a keyboard based version to guitar based, so he must have recorded extra instruments. It’s in a different key, and faster, which gives it more urgency, the vocals are louder (I don’t know how you would do that) pushing up against the compressors, giving it a more vintage feel. That’s hours of work for a good musician and engineer... and the first thing he does is credit a Timmy Sean.

The vocals don't sound like The Beatles, and as someone who actually listens to their live concerts, I could not imagine them playing this in 1965, its possible sure, but doubt it would sound like this. I think its more likely they would play in on guitars like Yesterday 66
