Ok, so I've pretty much watched "ALL" of the catch can vids on YT and your setup by far is the BEST I've seen. Thanks for the detailed process of installing it, I am going to do it the same way you've done yours. Although, I am a bit jealous of the 131. haha...Great vid and thanks for sharing.

That clip was originally attached a bracket that came on the original air cleaner. That bracket is removed for most, if not all, aftermarket air cleaner. I only know this from all the air cleaner videos I've watched trying to decide on which one I want. 😁

Great minds think alike. I literally did the exact install on the backer plate. However, on my hose i went up and between the cylinders and mounted my filter under the hoen on the oppsite side. The reason i went up is that the feuling vented
dipstick install says to go up and around before going down. I followed their logic and i guess we'll see if it pools anywhere in my line

Great vid, you could try coiling wire around the rubber hose behind the air cleaner, that hose will surely kink when it gets hot, I'm going to do the same you have done to my bike thanks for sharing.

I would have left the T valve inside the aircleaner so that only 1 hole is needed to be drilled

I’d recommend two holes. You really don’t want anything in there that can potentially come unhooked and make it’s way down the intake track

I got a t and some hose at Lowes and vented mine to the road. No catch can. The mist is miniscule

I used the brake reservoir just put some foam in it and a y piece and fixed it to the cam cover, DK customs would be great but postage and currency conversion to expensive, the brake reservoir does essentially the same for 20 Australian dollars

My throttle body harness keeper was exactly like yours. Not attached to anything. Just hanging there. Come on, Harley!

I'm gonna do the exact same thing except I'm using 1/4" on everything, hose, t fitting , filter. Except Im going to route it differently,

    Hey
Good video. Question how does the factory air cleaner work with such a big motor? Doesn’t it need more air

Why don't let the tube goes down to spit the oil on the road?

That's good but it needs to be dumped out occasionally? That catch can.

That is the exact same break res I got , I used zip ties to fasten it under the bike.

I saw another UA-camr place it where I did and liked it. Easier access, can tell if it ever over fills, and if it does over fill. It doesn't get in your rear tire.

They fixed the oil pump over scavenge issue. This is designed this way thanks to the EPA and all bikes and cars are subject to similar set ups.

yep copy from the gingerbeared man s vid ....but best way to do it, don't forget to spray some silicon spray on the inside of the can so it don;t rust and add a little more foam in there to

I used a T to join the two breathers , that way I only needed one hose.

The reason I don’t is they can be different from bike to bike. That’s why I always suggest getting the service manual for your bike.
