4 oranges
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
15 grams of vanilla
100 grams of sugar
50 grams of cornmeal
500 ml orange juice
cooling down
500ml cream
250 grams of cream cheese
chocolate chips
coconut

I find it hard to believe that this mousse preparation took only five minutes to prepare. I comment because it seems to have become common to indicate a recipe is quicker to prepare than it actually is. To do that is to mislead.
