100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
2 g vanillin (1/4 teaspoon)
50 g cornstarch
3 eggs (medium size)
500 ml cream (chilled, for whipping)

Well, I think that every video on the channel has only 5 minutes written on it But it actually takes from half an hour to three or four hours!!?. Really is amazing!
No need starch no need egg... Mascarpone plus Creme plus fruit betonen a thick consistence without cooking.
Just needs cold.

Aber 5 Minuten ist unmöglich. Ich würde 30 Minuten vorschlagen mit Erdbeeren waschenbundvzerklrinern dann noch kochen Sahne und Mascarpone aufschlagen. Wer das in 5 Minuten schafft ist ein Zauberer

Thank you for this recipe. I've been looking for a recipe using REAL strawberry using REAL cream most of my life. This is the winner! I dislike cool whip very much. Quality dessert must use real cream for those of us wanting a true strawberries & cream dessert. Thank you. I plan on making this often for the rest of my life!! Best recipe I ever saw.
