This is just after the Destiny 2 Showcase and the full reveal of the new Final Shape Expansion in Destiny 2! The new Lightfall DLC is here! Kackis if u look at the enemies when they die u can see different colors of different types of subclasses.
Edit: I kinda think that it is white to symbolize the traveler and it is like a mini traveler beam that does multiple elements.
I hope you're right cause that would be crazy about the Heavy Trace but the beam looked whitish purple to me so it could possibly be a void weapon. But hopefully i am wrong here that would be dope to get a Kinetic heavy
I think I changes elements based on the shield it’s hitting
So I saw purple when a couple of the taken die at the beginning, then green for the ads right before the hydra, and I saw orange when the hydra died @tonyc.7150

Hunters need an exotic leg armor that when you crouch multiple times in the vicinity of a recently defeated enemy, it boosts your ability regen by 200%.
What would the buff be called ? Tea party ?

If you look closely, the enemies felled by the trace rifle create a elemental effect on death, and it seems different at times. Maybe it's just prismatic, but I swear I'm not seeing things.
I thought the same thing. Either it's permeability or you can load certain elements into it by holding reload. They are giving away that cessation weapon that has built in permability.
its probably just me but i'm seeing subtle shades or very faint purple from the trace rifle or it could be void
I'm sure destiny 1 had a sniper or something that changed elements maybe it's like that

Same. It doesn't matter if I'm playing Halo, Destiny, or even CoD back in the day. I go for burst fire options every time I can because they are always very rewarding for those that can stay accurate.

It looks like that microcosm is doing different element explosion. The taken cabal looks like void damage. After that, it looks like strand damage and on that vex looks like solar. Maybe it’s just me
Wish we got the Ice Breaker back I loved that in D1. But probably would be too op to bring into d2 unless it’s damage was completely dookie
The trace rifle is most likely gonna operate like Tessellation and adapt to the enemy's shield

The problem with the warlock exotic armor, is that midspun invocation + wanderer literally exists. Its already so easy to activate suspend on the class that doesn't involve using 3 full cooldowns
Yes exactly this. I run thorn with it and necrotic grips and as long as I have my grenade back up I can suspend whole groups of enemies for a decent amount of time.
The new exotic you get from the preorder is a kinetic energy fusion that works as whatever your subclass is it becomes that.

So I figured out how to get this to work. If you have 1 guy run up there. You make him dash directly left or directly right than you have to hover off the edge on the opposite side of the stairs and hover as far off the map as you can. (Recommend warlock.) When he locks onto you and dashes from that far end he will send himself off the map because it's trying to overextend his dash pushing him through his barrier
I think Microcosm is a Void weapon because in footage when the Taken Centurion was killed it turned into void
There are also moments in that video where Strand and Solar effects happen as well tho, so it’s more likely it can adapt it’s damage type somehow
@glacie3001 it's gonna be tied in with Prismatic, similarly to Tesselation, I'm sure. How we all missed that foreshadowing, I'm not sure.
Xenotaph spawns special for the user, so I don't see a lot of warlocks running the heavy trace for that
Still not happy khvostov is just discount risk runner but kinetic, instead of being the ultimate customizable weapon like in d1

Idk man I'm thinking that warlock chest piece is going to be NASTY.. throwing on some melee kickstarts, paired with a suspend build paired with the wish keeper.. And the AOE of those needle suspends was nuts.. I think it's going to be amazing for suspend builds

My biggest hope for the warlock exotic is that it acts like Ophidia Spathe and gives you all three melee charges as soon as you would get one charge

The trace rifle appears to have an effect after killing an enemy. I saw void in the first group of enemies, strand for the second group, and solar in the third. I bet it changes damage type after you get an ability kill.
i love the khovstov for nostalgia and still have mine in inventory. so excited they made it into exotic
Kinda disappointing they just didnt reuse the older khvostov exotic, having different perks that changed the gun up a lot was pretty cool
How they going to give us another Forbarance grenade launcher to grind for, just to nerf it next season out the box.
Some have mentioned Microcosm having different explosion types - I wonder if it isn't actually a Prismatic weapon and somehow combines different elemental types.
Adept weapons are still ridiculous. I hope people realize how rare it is to get the exact 2 final perks you want.
1/36 chance for the 2 perks you want? The odds aren't exactly horrible
@SirScrumply you may be better than most, but to most people, getting 1 adept weapon is hard enough, let alone 20 something or 30 something runs. Plus it take 6-7 weeks for the raid to come back around and try again. Seems unreasonable for most people with the exception of the top 2-3% of raiders
@@evogsr4807 I understand that a fair amount of people don't have the time commitment to sit and grind out an adept weapon all day and night for the roll they want (been there, done that), but as it stands especially after the most recent TWAB, adepts are more a status symbol than anything else, with the only thing they'll be able to do is getting +10 in whatever stat they want cus of the adept mods

The trace rifle looks like it does different elements of damage. If you watch the enemies that disintegrate, they die by different elements throughout the clip.
Only shiny onslaught weapons will able to get enchanted or non shiny too ?
Fell off of destiny years ago. Used to watch your updates constantly. Been a long time. Recently came back to the game to play with a homie. It's good to be back. Glad to see you still goin strong.
The only use I could see for the warlock exotic is if you have a prism build and don't want to use strand grenade or rift to suspend. Very specific use that could have been an aspect.
Wrong class for class ability being able to suspend. Warlocks are the only class the can’t suspend with their class ability. Also looks like warlocks don’t get shackle grenades (to early to say for sure tho). But we do have a pretty decent freeze potential so suspend isn’t as important (Atleast in my opinion)

All weapons should be base kinetic and be able to upgrade or change perks to change elemental type. Random world drops should be shiny, have perks craftavle doesn't and have enhanced perks

I just hope the new exotic weapons are going to be part of an actual quest and not random drops. That's the one thing I love about destiny 1 the huge amount of exotic quest.. example look how fun wicked implement exotic quest was was long but it was fun.. I feel like if we had more stuff like that in destiny 2 the game would last a lot longer seasonal content would be a lot longer

A "kinetic" trace rifle makes no sense as its an energy beam hence not a kinetic weapon 🤔
