Every Sunday I put myself through the pain you encourage us to bring. "Do what you hate like you love it"- I sure do try! Man, the vest adds another dimension of challenge, above just the added weight. The constriction on my chest is something I've had to get used to, but I have found that I am adapting. It's a trade between constricted breathing vs a bouncing or sagging vest. Not sure how often in civilian life I'll have what equates to body armor (or a combat load flight vest!) on me, but regardless that breath training HAS to do wonders for overall cardiovascular fitness. Getting close to 60, and in better shape than I have been in many decades because of burpees.. You were the initial prime motivator. No cheezy, expensive gym necessary.

First time i even attempt something even remotely close On the 50th I started thinking i am too tired because having a newborn means sleepless nights. Then I thought of your videos, and thought of my kid watching his dad quitting when it will be aware in few years. And i said screw that you coward. Find your motivation and do it. 100 more to go!
Running will be your best bet for quick results. It's the number one excersise for reduced tummy fat. The core is also used quite a bit when running, so you'll get the toning from that to go with the fat burning benefits. If you're going to the gym for let's ay 1 hour and half, whether it be calisthenics or weights and you devote a solid 20 minutes of that to running, that 6 pack will show in time. Agree w iron wolf also, diet is crucial.. U can do all that I'm saying and possibly get the six pack. But If youer putting in even just a moderate and mindful amount of effort at cutting back on unhealthy foods you'll def see the results.
Hate to say it but I didn't have a weight 🦺 but did the routine anyways didn't have any thing else to do. Did keep up with the 🐺 for once ✅ your wind! Did this in Oct with the weight 🦺 just 6 reps behind in the end. Used 15lb 🦺
