15 Minute Lower Back Stretch (For Pain + Tension Relief)

- If you have severe lower back pain or tension, take 15 minutes to try out this lower back stretch. 🔥 This stretch was designed for people who frequently experience severe and dull lower back pain. The focus of this stretch is to loosen the muscles that interact with the lower back so that it is able to relax and stabilize: This includes the hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors, quads, t-spine and more. We're also included a few tips throughout the video to help you understand the origins of back pain to prevent future cases. DISCLAIMER: There are MANY causes for lower back pain, but we believe that most cases can be managed or fixed with proper stretching. Unfortunately, this is not a one size fits all stretch. Some of you may feel instant relief, and some may feel relief over the course of a few weeks. However, if you are still experiencing lower pack pain, we highly recommend see a doctor for examination. Your back pain could be caused by something more severe.

Before the stretch I could reach just pass my knees and had lower back pain. After the stretch, I can touch my toes and back pain in gone. Unbelievable. You guys deserve all the success in the world

This is my workout routine:
Monday: Full body 45 minutes dumbbell workout (Juice & Toya)

Sunday: Shoulder and chest workout 15 minutes Dumbbells only (Fraser Wilson)

Just started a new job that has made my back pain worse. [had sciatica pain during pregnancy and maybe epidural made it worse too ] and now with this job I feel so much tension. This stretch helped me so much! It’s barely day 2 doing it but I’m going to make sure to do it every day! Thank you!

SRC 2023: Week 3 Day 5 I really enjoyed doing this workout as a warm up to prepare for Day 5's assigned workout. It really helped open up my muscles and relieve the lower back tension I was feeling this morning.
