Am I the only person thinking, “why aren’t you spamming tons of hunting huts?”. It’s painful. Excess workers doing nothing. Can always be deleted later. Ugh.
I know I'm late, but I kept thinking the same thing through the entire playthrough, to then listen to him say " we're struggling for food"

Im late but me too and that hothouse could be turned into a steam hothouse and managed by robot 24/7
he is playin to make move views from these vids . it took him over 10 episodes just to make the wall drill, while wastin ton of wood on sawmills .
@@blackdream1900I mean, he was playing on Hard, taking all refugees, and not a total iron fist. We can all back seat game, but he IS doing very well.

Why aren't you using the propaganda ability? Did you dismantle it and I missed it? Or did you just make me believe you had one? The ultimate in propoganda?! Really enjoying the playthrough.
It can sometimes have bad affects or events, so I only used it when I needed it!

Inviting peoples fine. He shoukd be building food production and putting those new people on it so he gets food even faster.
I believe the cause of the endless winter is the Earth moving away from the sun. The sun is dimming, theres more meteorites (the asteroid belt), volcanos is likely due to all the environmental changes caused by a global ice age, as chemical reactions from the excessive snow and cold may cause more eruptions as exposure is constant. It would also explain why the cold was so sudden, as the Earth moving even a bit out of orbit would cause massive temperature drops, I mean winter gets real damn cold, and that's when we ARE in orbit. The cold came from the south, so it was likely summer up in Europe at the time.
Id say your terraforming theory is also plausible, but im pretty sure aliens would at least try and make contact before wiping out a whole other sentient species.

100 people are sick, that’s why there is 100 “not doing anything” - I could assign them to a job, but because they are sick they won’t go to work.
