Death By a Thousand Cuts it is from the same album as Cruel Summer, the album is called Lover and she has a song Lover, which is also really good, one more from that album is False God it is a little jazzy. so those are some suggestions. I forgot Cornelia St.
The SNL False God performance is excellent!!! It is the more jazzy version. Death by a Thousand Cuts is great, too. Death by a Thousand Cuts is best if you do the Live from Paris version.
This song is great obviously! But if you’re looking for songs that don’t simply repeat the same words in the chorus or the exact bridge Taylor has plenty, but they won’t be her radio singles!
I think they meant that they wish she would have varied the vocal delivery a bit from one chorus to the other. Luckily we know Taylor does do this as well on a good number of tracks 😊 But also, yes. Changing up words or lines from one chorus to the next is a frequent technique Taylor uses to move the narrative in her songs along too.
You said New Years she has a song called that Lover and 1989 and Midnights are pop Reputation is more R&B darker pop Red is a fusion before she went full pop Folklore and Evermore are singer-songwriter written in pandemic still pop Tortured Poets Department has pop/singer-songwriter fusion Her early albums are more countrt/countrypop - written when she was a teenager, so very young girl perspective She really captures nostalgia and moments in rime Just giving you an idea so you might find your favorite. She is a genre bending artist and is a very good writer,

More Taylor pretty please! The next song I’d recommend is Style (Taylor’s Version) - do Taylor’s Version specifically :)

Folklore and Evermore are a little folkish. Hence the name.
