Flavor Flav opened up to VladTV about being approached to be on Vh1's The Surreal Life in 2003, and he revealed that MC Hammer convinced him to do the show after telling him that it brought him new opportunities. Flav went on to speak about setting out with a goal to make a TV career out of his time on the show, which ended up happening with a spin-off with his co-star, Brigitte Nielsen. He also spoke about doing Flavor of Love, which still has the record for most viewers on any Vh1 show. - Розваги

I met Flav during the shooting of the Fight the Power video when I was a kid. He got out of a Powder Blue Cherokee sport. The cops tried to offer security. Flav said, "yo f**ck you police... I'm with my peoples here." During a really violent time in Brooklyn, not one person was harmed during the shoot. Nobody had beef that day. I will always remember, love, and value Public Enemy. Flav got a friend for life that day and he didn't even know... ONE...
