I will never forget seeing PE in concert open up for U2 on October 3, 1992 at the stadium formerly know as Joe Robbie Stadium. Earlier in the day I had seen UM beat FSU on the second wide right, I was toasted, sunburned and tired as hell when I got to the concert. When PE came out I saw a giant full body sized blowup helmet with the UM insignia on it......::it was flava flav wearing it. He grabs the mike and says “HOW BOUT’ THEM HURRICANES....YEAHHHH BOYYYYYY!” Great concert and great memory........I slept for 2 days after that.
