Nice video, Thanks for sharing! I had the same setup in my ISF. With the exception that RR Racing accidentally sent me W3 rears. For the price of W2’s. My wife complained about the bus noise they produced. They sure pull you forward when you begin stopping. It got to the point, that it almost felt fun to stop as it did accelerating. Only 1 cold night at the drag strip, they got completely silent.
Baller! "Just bought brake pads even though I don't need them" 😂 IMO I've seen video of both Figs and RR LCA Bush and seems like figs still has movement under hard steer and braking and have heard of the grease drying up fairly quickly. RR's have little to no movement and less wear on lube.
Brake dust is still there but not as much as Brembo which I believe is stock too but all depends the way you drive and what u want the brakes to do . So I’ve also tryed the winmax W3 and I didn’t like it because they mad noise with factory rotors . W2s are good enough
Hey brother, quick question..did you re-use or not use the shims on the back of the break pads. I noticed you didn't have it on the winmax. Do you have to use the shims on them? I'm about to do mine.
You don't have to. Some say they queak a little more without the shims. I didnt notice a difference. If you plan on tracking the car I would use them. Theyre an extra heat barrier between the pad and caliper.

I have glocs on my track car and they are extremely loud. Good luck with the wife issue hahahaha
You can also, loosen the brake fluid cap (in engine bay) to make compressing the pots easier.
Man I bet that trip to Japan is going to be a blast
Cant wait. Im renting a supra to drive around Tokyo
That's gonna be awesome
Any upgraded control arm bushings? Save those front tires if you don’t have them ussr or figs!
I plan on grabbing some figs bushings, just havent pulled the trigger yet. That'll be soon though
Where are u located?
North Carolina

Figs just seemed a little more streetable. But I havent decided either way yet.
Nice job!
Nice I’ve always used the w2 on my isf with it supercharged still works greats ! Got w3 for next round
I love them so far. Much better than stock.
How is the brake dust?

Andrew Pham better then stock but dust still there and definitely better in braking
Lexus V thanks! I cheaped out and bought stoptech street pads and the dust is horrific
Do the W2 pads squeek period? Did you notice shorter stopping distance?

@@Weapons_Free_Racing oh ok. Thanks man. 👍
👍
Where'd you buy the clamp bro? And what brand is it?
Standard c clamp from Lowes. It's an Irwin
Did you install the pads dry? No lube?
Yes.
i'm about to install these pads too, is there a reason why you don't need lube for these?
How's brake dust compared to OEM brembos?
Very similar
@@Weapons_Free_Racing I’m not familiar with your platform. You said very similar. Does that mean a lot of dust or little or average of a typical car?
I wuz there 4 thu edits.
how do the w2 compare to the Brembo pads?
They seemed to have better stopping power. And I did not notice any squealing.
👍🤙🔥
Ok I guess I'm putting my own pads on lol
Pretty simple
