I got one last year and I’ve had lots of fun using it especially the blind gobo with the orange gel which gives the effect of golden hour light coming through a window with a blind.
Awesome! I have to play with them more, I really hope I will have the opportunity soon.
This video helped me a lot! Oddly not because of the product, but by your setup and the size of your flat! My home is very small, my ceilings are only about 8ft high (about 2.5 meters) and I always thought that it would be impossible for me to do a proper shoot but this vid gave me some ideas on how to setup a small studio space in my own home. Thanks for sharing!
Glad I could help... Somehow 😅
j'adore!!! merci!
De rien!
Yup, I need one of these.
I know the feeling 😅
your pictures are very nice awosom work
In 2023 comma, thank you very much for the video.
Bought the optical snoot couple years back but I got the fixed lens, it chews up more light as I think its around only F/2.4, this version is more forgiving as you can use your 1.8 or 1.4 lenses, still not had as much play with it as I thought I would, need to pull my finger out ;)
This is interesting, might give it a shot. Cheers, Bobbygiggz
Awesome !
thanx!
No worries!
It's a great snoot. Used it for a while.
I also have some custom pinpoint Fresnel's I modified to use on Ad200 godox heads.
I really love the pinpoint effect. But have to watch the placement of the model and tell them not to move around like normal.
Thanks for the tips! Yes, it's precise work
i will wait
I literally just picked up the neewer snoot 😅
Ha, ha!
hello, does it effect ef lens?
Can I use this spot light with elinchrom strobe light along with Nikon lenses ?
new to lighting here (im scared lol) love the spotlight effect. Can you buy any snoot for continuous light?
just buy a continuous led light (like Yongnuo YNLUX100 Bi-Color LED Light for 100 dollars) with bowens mount and put any optical snoot with bowens mount
so you used the pavotubes with the ad600 pro?
Exactly!
You upload a video which are Editing Pictures
I did a few times before, might do a new one soon!
Hi what dis you do whit that spray can ??
A little atmosphere and texture in the air
Wish i never bought this one. It just sits on the shelves now 🤭
At least now you know it's not for you
good job on your video , and yes I have a question, I have the same device and use it on the 66pro but the problem is I'm not able to use the strobe with it . I have to remove the strobe and use it with the modeling lamp. now if I remove the len inside of it that beam the shap now I can use the sprobe but the shpes wont be seen. any advice ?
I am sorry, but I don't understand your problem, can you reformulate?
@@Hkvisuals I'm sorry I'm using the Canon R6 with the 600pro but using the same device you're using like yours I can only use it on modeling lamp because I had to remove the strobe in order for it to work . It that the correct way of using the snoot with the shapes by using the modeling lamp only
@@Hkvisuals I think this person is trying to say that when they fire the strobe with the optical snoot on, it doesn’t give the shapes they’re looking for. It’s either too weak or faded that it’s barely visible. But when they don’t fire the strobe and only use the modelling light they can see the shapes clearly. They wanna know how to rectify this problem.
Is it a power setting issue? Room ambiance? Shutter perhaps?
@@urbankixxfilming3451 I think there is a problem with your strobe. Should be way more of an "image" using the strobe vs. the modeling lamp. Not sure why you'd have to remove it to use it.
What are the side lights you're using?
NANlite pavotubes
Isnt this the same as the Light Blaster ua-cam.com/video/nJPnerIrBtI/v-deo.html
yes and no...
